    I like wherever I am business calls can be answered on the Virtual Office.... My customers do not feel out of touch with me.

    I was referred by another Alliance property. Colby was the account manager and he explained the service and products. He provided us his honest, professional recommendation which I appreciate.     My story is not necessarily business related. I live in the Caribbean on a boat and the location of where the boat is does not have any cell service. Our company recently switched to 8x8 and because I am able to use the iPhone app I am also able to make or receive calls through the application. Last year in November, the day before I was to fly to the states and see my family, my bank account was hacked into.     We have been working with 8x8 for several years trying to be able to hear our customers .. the line breaks up constantly. We worked with them to change our cable providers , we have done everything and our customers were frustrated when they were unable to hear what we were saying and vise versa . Service was terrible . We told them we needed to discontinue but they insisted in honoring our contract even those we were unable to use the phones... ..call back 3 months prior to our contact expiring to let them know.. we needed... read more

    decent service, but watch out for early termination fees, you will pay them! that is the reason for my one star here, and on Google reviews.

    Worst customer service experience I ever had. I've called for weeks to get resolution on charges my sales rep lied about. Some guy named andrew said he would call back and never did. They also will Draft your card without permission and refuse to take it off the draft. Worst voip company to deal with. If your an insurance agent stay away!

    1 year ago, coming from a company that didn't have caller ID, this is an amazing product. For me, as a broker, I'm always on the go. The mobile app and all it can do is what I love about 8x8. Call forwarding and being able to have a mobile office ANYWHERE is huge. I talk to a lot of people on the go and a lot of the time, frankly, I don't want people to have my cell.
