Clear sound, voicemail emails, and conference bridging
As a small business, our old phone system used to provide intra-office connectivity for a staff of two. In order to scale it up to a staff of six, we had to go through several nickel-and-diming steps that eventually got all 6 a phone, but it involved an installations fee over (thousands), new hardware in the server room, and new phones. Reliable and clear connections. We are an insurance agency and our phones are our lifeline. Without them we are out of business. With 8x8 we have crystal clear call quality and the calls are not dropped. Our customers don't know we are on a VOIP system.

I own a small insurance business and I downloaded 8X8 application in my cell phone. I went to Bali , Indonesia last July 04,2016 with my cell phone. I was able to issue the biggest insurance policy in the remote island of Indonesia. There is WI FI in a small caf� while having breakfast and a customer from Los Angeles called my virtual office phone 916-740-1212 and I answered that phone in Bali.
