My customer calls get stuck on Salesforce sometimes through the 8x8 app and I have no way to retrieve them.

The SFDC integration constantly fails. It lags behind and often does not cooperate. Often times I just go ahead and dial manually and enter it into SFDC myself.

Absolutely appalling customer service: Submitted a port request in Sept 2015, was initially advised it should take 1 - 2 weeks. After months of me chasing it up and getting no answers I was finally given a port date of 4th March. On the 4th our main number (the one displayed on our website) could not receive inbound calls, I contacted 8x8 and was told that its part of the port process and not to worry At 17:30 on the 4th I was advised that there had been an issue with the port and 8x8 had 'lost' our number. When the App was first installed into SalesForce it seemed to work fine. However in recent weeks it freezes SalesForce. A message appears at the bottom "waiting for 8x8". Also, red errors appear when changing screens.

Uninstalled and re-installed into SalesForce. Continue to get errors and it loads very slowly freezing SalesForce. Can someone please give me a call to troubleshoot. 559-869-4062.

The concept of your product is wonderful. The execution falls short. Biggest problems are as follows: * You won't allow more than 5 tabs to be open at one time... this really slows down my workflow * The app often comes up with a list of possible leads when dialing out! Worst customer service experience I ever had. I've called for weeks to get resolution on charges my sales rep lied about. Some guy named andrew said he would call back and never did. They also will Draft your card without permission and refuse to take it off the draft. Worst voip company to deal with. If your an insurance agent stay away!
