Lackluster support. Not very helpful. The few times I've created a ticket translated to we can't help you, call us instead. How helpful is that? What's the point of sending an email to support if the only response is call instead. Why not lets setup a time to discuss the issue further. Very disappointed so far with support.

8x8 has the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. My experiences with them have been horrendous and more importantly, very time consuming. I spend more time trying to get information out of them than the savings are worth, then only to be told that they can't help me. They are receiving one star from me, only because that is the lowest I can give them.

Stay Clear at all costs. No support, over bills - asked for it to be dropped and lowered down to bare bones for remained of the 30 days in OCTOBER 15, 2015, does not cancel, they didn't do it, Billed again November 2, 2015, November 27 asked again to cancel, they didn't do it - and have confirmation email of pending cancel in 30 days of the date of email. Stay away from this awful company - the service is terrible and their customer service is even worse! THEY AUTO RENEW YOUR CONTRACT WITHOUT TELLING YOU AND WILL CHARGE YOU FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL! And they won't release your number! Avoid! Avoid!

My experience with 8x8 is horrible. I wanted to cancel my account and when I tried they said I have a contract with them, and I said I never signed anything and they that's right but just by "using 8x8" you automatically agree to their terms which is a rolling 12 month contract. I was with them about 4 years an wanted to cancel on 1/4/16 and they said I owe 11 months of my monthly service hundreds of dollars very sleazy company I would AVOID!!!!

The application should record call automatically instead of having to click "Done" once the call is complete. Plus if you have too many SF tabs open or navigate away from the tab where the call is being recorded you lose the activity. It seems like an unnecessary task since I have used a similar software to 8x8 where it automatically record talk time and dials.

Only reason I gave 1 star was because I had to. DO not use 8x8 terrible customer service, terrible phones. Do NOT USE. They are rude and do not do what they say. I was on hold numerous times with their technical and billing department and their phones don't even work. Kept hanging up on me and then when I finally get thru I have a rude representative who basically hung up on me. Do not use them.

We had been using another Company to host our VOIP services for several years. Aside from the constant service outages, we could never get answers as to how long the service would be down, the technical help was useless and the phones that they sold us for the system we terrible and they refused to swap them. Their website was useless and impossible to navigate. On top of it all, the charges were extremely high and they kept trying to lock us in to long term Contracts to save only a few dollars!!!
