There are so many features on this system it is hard to pick one over the others. My boss heard about this system from a friend. He pointed out to him that he could make international calls without paying the international fees. However I think he like the Virtual Office the most. We use it everyday. we really like the portability of the system. We can know do business now anywhere. This is a feature rich program which allows for a lot of customization. What I love least is that it does not seem to be forwarding amy calls that come in on my lines to my cell phone like it is supposed to. And i have no idea what my lines are or how to fix this. Seems like a total waste of time and money to me.
My old VOIP service was always getting hacked, hijacking my phone service and racking up large international calling charges. I had to turn off international calling, and go to a web portal to turn it on for a few minutes each time I needed to make a call. 8x8 has been very secure, and I can make international calls anytime without trouble.
We are a fairly large and well known real estate firm in our area. Over a year and a half ago, we acquired a small office who had previously contracted with 8x8 for their phone needs and had nothing but positive comments about the service, equipment and cost. So, since that manager had no complaints we stayed with 8x8 and, that was #1 of 4 offices on 8x8. A few months later, we leased a new space for a second office that needed new IT and phone service. 8x8 simplifies my life! I have many devices that keep me on line and connected. 8x8 allows me to channel all my communication methods through one portal. I have a history and record of calls, faxes, voices mails - this make my life so much easier.
