    results are inconsistent. sometimes the call appends to the correct account, sometimes it doesn't. sometimes it appends to the correct contact, sometimes it doesn't. sometimes it doesn't log the call at all. i must always keep a tab open in salesforce with my 8x8 call log report. I must open and edit EVERY SINGLE CALL that i place with 8x8. it is time consuming and frustrating.

    Your product might actually be the worst phone system I have ever used. Almost every call I have on this application either cuts out every 3rd or 4th word OR drops the call completely. It doesnt matter if I am calling on a land line, my cell via the 8x8 app or from a soft phone, I experience these issues across your platform.

    This app frequently stops working. Either it will not place the call at all saying too many are open (even if it's just the one window), it will drop the call, or it will work on the receiver's end, but not on my end. It's always at least one or all of these problems, daily.

    The scrolling bar when selected the person called doesn't work, calls are logged under random people It won't log calls if you call from the account page, you have to go to the actual person It says that I can't use the app at times because there are 5 or more windows open, but sometimes there won't be that many windows open

    the reps at 8x8 are not well trained. when you call in with a simple question, they can't help you, but several of the issues I have resolved myself.

    My calls do not log over 65 percent of the time and I am constantly getting errors and having to restart SF since the plugin can only accept 5 open tabs. Very dissapointed

    The customer service is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 8x8 in general is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

    This phone system is a Fucking joke. It cost a lot of money for our Tech person to come in and fix our server after the initial installation of what was needed to be put on there to use 8 x 8. If you cannot just put someone on "Hold" if you have an incoming call, hit the more button and then the park button. To get back to that person you then have to hit the 461 and of course the bit of time lag. Everything that you would normally do on an Avaya phone requires at least one more step with the 8 x 8.
