We very rarely have any challenges with this service. Anytime we do , support is very helpful and in most cases resolution happens on the initial call. Well done 8x8!

Great! 8x8 has been a good app to use so far, there are some issues with moving from wifi to cellular and getting dropped out of the call queue but that is about it.

Everything was great with the exception of some voice quality issues on the hard phones. It took awhile but we figured out the issue.

The continual training amd webinars are so helpful. 8x8 is a very powerful system, and to fully take advantage you need ongoing training. 8x8 offers these twice a month on differing topics. Very useful and they are proactive about it!

I was having issues with the program and they were very good about reaching out to me by both email and phone. They continued to help me until the problem was resolved. The Techs were very patient and friendly. LT

There parts of 8 x 8 that I like, and others which make using 8 X 8 complicated. I don't like havign to have a desktop app open in order to see if someone is busy or on the phone. It's a hassle. Also, transfering calls is complicated and involved.
