Ezra called 30 minutes before he arrived to confirm, was very conscientious with how things were installed and looked. We highly recommend.

We had security cameras installed recently and I have to say our installer, Kenzo is the best! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and so nice.

Ezra installed or new system recently. He was great, very professional and quick despite our wifi issues. He made sure I understood the new system and helped me set up my preferences.
We had a hardware problem with our alarm system. We were without monitoring for a month. AAA said that they would waive all of the costs. Then I get a bill two months later with charges that were supposed to be waived . They were fine when it was Safeguard. UPDATE: Thanks to Robin for contacting me about this review, listening to my side of the story, reviewing the company contact files and then providing an adjustment to the bill. My experience was fantastic. From the Rep James that signed me up, explained my options, what I could decide later to enhance my system & my needs. My appointment was scheduled right away. The installer Soukmang was professional friendly, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. His patience of walking me thru the process, which is all automated, using my phone was professional and thorough. I am pleased to be with AAA & to have a continual relationship for my safety. Decided to make changes to my home alarm and it was an easy process from beginning to end. Wonderful staff who supported with the quote and overview - Denise and scheduling my appt with Fatiuma. The tech home pros - Brando and Alex were very prompt, hardworking and able to answer all my questions. Both installed my alarm system within TAT and cleared all mess they made.

Thank you Kenzo at AAA Smart Home Pros. Very informative, polite and helpful even after having to wait a bit for my unexpected delay. Kenzo was great explaining our "need to knows" and showing step by step instructions he had us do a run through and patiently answered any questions we had. Very nice person, definitely recommend.

This company (AAA - SMART HOME) is the absolute worst! They were not even monitoring my home while taking money from me. STAY AWAY! They deserve ZERO starts, but you have to give at least one.

We got a technician by the name of Souk Mang to help install our home security devices and it went so smoothly. He answered all of our questions, made us feel comfortable throughout the installation process and was just a pleasure working with. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, thank you for all your help!
