We switched over from ADT to AAA. I already had AAA for my car and house insurance, and they were offering a much lower monthly rate all while offering a lot more services. The customer service representative on the phone was very helpful and thorough in explaining how the change will happen, when, and the costs. There were no hidden fees. AMAZING! i can't say anymore about the installation. Doug and Billy gave me a call and let me know their ETA so I knew how far they were. They came in and were very professional throughout our conversation. They walked the house with me and I gave them my input and they helped me with their professional advice as well. We have been longtime customers (dating back to the Safeguard days) at multiple houses we have owned. We recently moved and yesterday, Alex and Rudy installed a full new system at the house, covering every aspect of home and health security. They were great, professional and fun. Their orientation and careful attention to what elements and options would work best for us was very appreciated. Never at any step of the process did we feel oversold. Also amazing how far technology has come!
Generally I'm happy with their service, though their website is awful. Can't get copies of invoices/statements. Receipts of payments that come to me via email were unreadable. I reported this and I am told this has been fixed.... but I'll see if that is the case when I get my receipt this month.
We have used AAA home smart for about 3 years for our home security system. We recently moved and took advantage of the move-in special. Our installer Wes was very professional and timely. Would highly recommend.
Brando was amazing showed up at the beginning of our window time. He worked quick and gave very thorough information. He was kind and asked if he need to wear booties I appreciate that, but I told him he didnt need to worry. He was very personable and glad he was our AAA tech for today.
AAA Smart Home Alarm system powered by alarm.com. All equipment you have to pay for outright. It is very cheap quality worthless stuff and malfunctions even before it is completely paid off. The technicians and customer service representatives are extremely rude and condescending, so don't expect any help with your system when it fails. Don't buy, it will be a poor decision. Also, the rate for service went up 25% before the year was up. So, don't believe the rate on your contract!
