This company (AAA - SMART HOME) is the absolute worst! They were not even monitoring my home while taking money from me. STAY AWAY! They deserve ZERO starts, but you have to give at least one.

We got a technician by the name of Souk Mang to help install our home security devices and it went so smoothly. He answered all of our questions, made us feel comfortable throughout the installation process and was just a pleasure working with. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, thank you for all your help!
The latest problems with AAA Smart Home started in the beginning of February 2023. The main panel in the master bedroom is fine. The panel by the front door kept saying: panel response not received when I pressed the keys. Then the keypad by the garage had delayed messages so that I couldn't leave the house. The keypad didn't respond to my pressing the buttons. This happened off and on and I had techs at my house on 2/3/23, 2/20/23, 3/10/23 and 3/25/23. I've had a lot of security systems in the past but AAA Smart home is by far my favorite. It's user friendly, tech savy, dependable, secure and extremely affordable. But what really makes it the best is the service, my install tech especially Derek Covell is by far the best him and his crew.
