My daughter's car was stolen from in front of our house. It is happening all over our neighborhood. I noticed the smart home set up inside of our local AAA office. I inquired about and decided to purchase right on the spot. I had researched other companies but made the spontaneous move. Ezra come came out the following Monday. Following a AAA Alarm radio upgrade they can't figure out how to get their systems to work. They want to charge for service visits when their techs can't get it working. If you want old school with poor or no reliable app to monitor and remote arm/disarm this company is for you. DO NOT RECOMMEND! If zero stars were an option, that would be generous for them.

Called AAA Smart Home to make an adjustment in an earlier install. Motion detector needed to be relocated to operate more efficiently. Installer Ezra Holmes phoned ahead on the morning call, arrived promptly on time and quickly completed his work. Going beyond his invoiced instructions, he also corrected another malfunctioning part, reprogrammed it, and cleaned up all wall damage with putty. Nice work Ezra.

Tarek Ghalayini the installation of my home alarm system, I thought would be a long process but to my surprise, the technician was extremely fast and knowledgeable in the process. Any questions that I may have had were easily answered and put me at ease , the technician was extremely patient leaving me completely comfortable and satisfied with my new home alarm system. And to think I spent five years with ADT had I only know!

Got our AAA Smart Home installed today, got to say the technicians Josh and Wilfred were great, very well informed, knowledgeable about the AAA system and very friendly. I will definitely recommend the security system to my family and friends, easy access, user friendly and the best thing is you have 24/7 monitoring. You can never replace the value of your whole family being safe and secure at all times.
