Tarek Ghalayini the installation of my home alarm system, I thought would be a long process but to my surprise, the technician was extremely fast and knowledgeable in the process. Any questions that I may have had were easily answered and put me at ease , the technician was extremely patient leaving me completely comfortable and satisfied with my new home alarm system. And to think I spent five years with ADT had I only know!

Got our AAA Smart Home installed today, got to say the technicians Josh and Wilfred were great, very well informed, knowledgeable about the AAA system and very friendly. I will definitely recommend the security system to my family and friends, easy access, user friendly and the best thing is you have 24/7 monitoring. You can never replace the value of your whole family being safe and secure at all times.

Ezra with AAA installed my security system. I decided to go with AAA because Xfinity has lost their ability to give proper customer service support. I met Ezra over a year ago when he installed my friend's system. He made such an impression on me that I recognized him when he arrived to install my system. He was professional, educational, and pleasant to work with. If AAA is anything like their employee, Ezra, I know I will be in good hands.

Just had my install today of cameras and home security system. Anthony and Philippe did an outstanding job setting everything up and going through how to work everything which was great. I am very impressed and pleased with the system and the ease of use. Would and will definitely recommend the system, as well as both the installers. Excellent job!

Our Yale door lock was installed by AAA by the first technician, it did not function properly. The technician said he is not a lock smith and could not do anything: the latch was hitting the frame, we were still charged for the poorly installation. I complained to AAA they sent out a new technician named Kenzo, he was amazing he new exactly what to do and explained to us what was going on. he apologized for the first technician installation mistake in not fixing the problem we were having. OK, we are back to square one. The system protect issue was fixed, now its back. 5 minutes off and 1 minute on and its 86 F. It takes 5 to 6 hours to cool the home. System Protect, System Protect...tech support can't figure out the issue. One thing leads to another. Last year the issue was fixed, at the same time the technician disabled the Winter time even the heater is system protected, Summer is here and Air Conditioning won't work. As part of my package, I purchased smart thermostat. The technician said that the smart thermostat I was sold by AAA smart home was not compatible with the main control panel and that someone would come out the next day with the correct smart thermostat. No one came, no one called. I called this morning and it turns out the tech forged my signatuire stating that the work had been completed. Further, I would have to contact sales to purchase a new thermostat. Avoid these guys.
