I was told that I had two recalls on my Dodge Laramie with Johnny, he said he saw them as recalls. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was told there was only 1. They could do nothing about the backup camera with a completly blank blue screen. I've been told by 2 other setvice people at different dealerships that there was a recall on this and nithing was done. My truck has always been washed when it was returned from your dealership, and that was not done either.

Didn’t have to wait to check in for my appt. However was then told it could be 90 min. Would have liked to know that. Good news it took only 45 min, but I was disappointed to see that it wasn’t run through the car wash. Disappointed big time in that.

recently purchased a 2019 Wrangler, after having it two days the battery died, called our salesmen Marcos, he had us tow the jeep in from El Mirage $100.00 tow bill, get a call from Rachel from internal used car, she stated we would have to purchase a new battery, after arguing the point that it was a fresh purchase, they agreed on replacing the battery, turned out to be the alternator and the it was the power pack, vehicle sat there for a week for the repairs, get a call this past Friday saying the Jeep was ready for pick, ... read more

Purchased a new 2025 Ram 2500. Upon delivery discovered multiple light surface scratches on nearly every body panel; one interior blemish as well. These were noted not only by myself, the purchaser, but also the saleman and his assiting sale manager. They both stated these will be addressed by the dealership at no charge. I agreed verbally, a gentlemans arranegment if you will, nothing in writing; my mistake in hindsigh. Took my Ram to have the AC fixed back in August on 2024 paid over $1500 to have it fixed, didn’t drive my truck from Sept 5 to Jan 2025 due to surgery… once it got warm outside I realized the AC still wasn’t cold or blowing hard, took it back to the dealership for them to try to charge me close to $200 to have the cabin air filter replaced (which I know I had just replaced that same month when I got an oil change) and said that was the cause of the airflow/cold air issue. Very disrespectful with the whole process. Treated me like I didn’t know anything and the deal took 3 weeks which I wasn’t aware of. I had to fight for the deal and travel over 1000 to get to the dealership and back. Unprofessional service and the finance person was rude and upset because we got a better deal after two days of back and forth. Had to take two days off work because no one wanted to help me. Was charged 2,000 more for the vehicle. They said APR was goi my to be 8.9 but it’s at 10.2.

I asked questions on what was needed at the mileage I was at and didn't get the right answer as the car was only booked in for an oil change and a look over at 40k On the day of the booking no one spoke to me as I stood waiting. Finally someone asked if I could be helped. I was told my service manager was off sick then left, I said um ok so is someone else going to help me? Yes let's get you booked back in. Booked back in? we were told the underpinnings of the car we bought were sound and good. we bought it and added. a 5k improvement only to find the car had not been completely fixed and we are stuck with a leaking damaged cv joint we have to pay to repair. we are sending the dealership the cost of that repair.
