Required 4 visits for a simple warranty battery and radio module replacement. Batteries replaced first visit with Gary saying he'd order the module and let me know when it was in. After two weeks had to go into the dealer to get status because he never responded to phone messages and then find out he never ordered it. 10 days go by and I come in and he says it came in but was broken. 10 days later I come in again and find out he's gone and the part wasn't in (he said he'd call if it wasn’t in by that date). I would never bring my 2025 ram back to them the have no clue how to solve problems the correct way even if you give them a star case number and part numbers for a defected parts and Richard smalls was super rude had to bring my truck to bill luke and with in 5 min the found the problem and solution where airpark had the truck for almost a week and all the did was deleted the codes
Be careful of this dealership. They are proficient of selling defective vehicles. I leased a Wagoneer from them and the first week the engine light came on. The second week the sun visor broke. I called them to fix the issue and offered them a trade. I apprised the 80k vehicle leased 2 weeks ago for 50k…. Again be careful with this dealership.
Vehicle stalled so I took it in for diagnosis and they determined it was a fuel pump relay. The fuel pump relay had been recalled in 2015 and 2021 and I had it replaced 3 other times since the 2nd repair failed, last time in 2022. Since it was out of warranty, neither the service manager nor Dodge (Stellantis) customer service was able to provide any relief. Obviously a known ongoing issue with the functionality of the part. Dropped off my jeep to change an actuator in the glove box Monday at 7:30am, didn’t get the car back until noon on Saturday. Car battery drained, couldn’t start jeep. Extremely rude service advisor, took no accountability, no apology, gave me a jump, pushed me out the door. Contacting General manager to discuss his employees customer relations. HORRIBLE service, wouldn’t take my car there if it wasn’t under warranty.
Past customer, felt conflicted my entire experience. I won’t be returning to dealership again.
When I arrived for my service appt, I was greeted right away. My service associate Richard told me they would try to accomplish everything that day and that they may need to finish the next day. Nobody called me to tell me that it would indeed carry over to the next day. Misdiagnosed the issue with my vehicle and after spending $1500 at this dealership ended up taking it somewhere else to get fixed.
