Unfortunately this is the worst dealership i have hate the displeasure of working with by quite a long shot. Over the course of 2 years they have had our vehicle for a total of 96 days and counting "10% of the total time of ownership this vehicle has been at their service shop" we would have it towed elsewhere but unfortuantely this is the closest dealer to our house so it is what Chrysler will cover for towing. in all 4 trips to the service center the technicians were clearly unhappy to have us there, unresponsive to all ca... read more
Horrible service department and now a horrible sales staff using bait and switch e mails and mailings offering deals on vehicles they don’t have I spent 2 months waiting for them to honor their offer they just jerked me around
I don't think anyone at this dealership cares about selling cars that much. Long story short.. ~9+ hours total time sitting at this dealer trying to buy two cars, and it's still not over! ~5 weeks ago, was there for ~3 hours waiting for them to find inventory, looking for keys, trying to find the manager who could appraise my trade-in, waiting for paperwork, waiting to negotiate numbers.. Worse experience ever!!! They sold me 2 cars used with so many problems every time I bring the cars they inspected and they said everything look ok ,, I went to other Mecanic and of course they find all the problems the car ms have since I purchased don’t buy second car with them they lie all they care is to have a sale

I should have read the reviews. This service department is worse than a joke. Totally rude and absolutely do not care about your time. Made an appointment with "Kyle" for a simple oil change for 1pm. Well, Kyle is no where to be found so spoke with "John Otara". He asked if I was dropping it off. I said no, that is why I made an appointment. WARNING!!!!DO NOT BUY A CAR OR BRING YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE HERE. I brought my Jeep into the Airpark Jeep Chrysler for an oil change. The guy taking care of me said it will only take and hour and half to change the oil so I decided to stay. After two hours I went up to him and said “is my car ready?” He looked at my with complete surprise because he said he forgot about me. He ran to get my Jeep and had a young kid drive it over to me. Came in for an “express” oil change. Said it’ll be 1 1/2-2 hours.which I wasn’t thrilled about. Came back two hours later and still haven’t touched it, told me it’s gonna be another 30 minutes. Won’t be coming back
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have purchased many cars and this was the worst experience ever. First I was quoted a lease with the wrong rate. Woops the monthly payment went up. Next I was told $20,000 was the max down payment, the lease payment went up. Finally, the dealer called to tell me that they quoted the wrong deal on my old lease. It was not flat, I owed $5,000.
