Took the Jeep in to get some work done and was told that the brakes and rotors needed replaced. In fact the Service Manager said that the pads were down to 3mm. I took the car to another place and found out that there was 1/4 inch left on the pads and the rotors were just fine. Needless to say I’m very disappointed.

I was a former wrangler leaser until someone hit me and totaled it. I am a returning customer and Devin Prescott makes up lies saying I said things I didn’t. They lost a sale from me and I will be taking business elsewhere! Don’t trust this dealership

I had heard good things about Airpark so it was unfortunate they did not come close to meeting the minimal expectations I had for them. Originally contacted through True Car, Shelly Lipton from Internet Sales got in touch with me about the pre-owned Jeep I was interested in. I told her I had a trade in and she asked me to send her my VIN, color, and upgrades. I sent the requested info in a text and waited to hear back. I hadn’t heard anything in 24 hours despite sending her a couple of texts and info on a different Jeep I wa... read more

Service appointment failure I had an appointment with John Martino for service at 9:30 for an oil change and to look at three issues (two interior fit issues, anti-freeze smell) on our 2019 Ram 1500 Limited. Arrived on time, waiting 10+ minutes to speak with John on issues for appointment, and told them I would be waiting on it, prepared to work through the day from the customer lounge. I did ask John if he smelled the anti-freeze, but he didn't. I said I would like for him to go open the hood with me and try, but he simply ... read more

Absolutely terrible service. (5) times my new vehicle has been in for service and every time, missing none, they have either not addressed my warranty issues or made more damage to the vehicle with their poor quality service technicians and lying, cheating, dishonest, disrespectful and condescending service advisors. This last time the whole crew stood in front of me and lied, causing more issues with the vehicle and the service department must have thought it was funny to put a large derogatory sticker on my rear bumper pro... read more

Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep7801 E Frank Lloyd Wright THIEVES... OUTRIGHT STEAL FROM THE DISABLED AND ELDERLY AIRPARK Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep of Scottsdale. GENERAL MGR = Coye Pointer MVP -MOPAR VEHICLE PROTECTION = $599.99 CON/RIP OFF, as dealers service dept just "CHOOSES" not to do work that is prepaid for under these plans. Service invoices "do no't show the work item logged or completed" though it was asked for and prepaid for. It was why the car was there. MPP - MECHANICAL PROTECTION PLAN = $3300 RIP OFF/CON... rude and arrogant sales manager I found the Dodge Durango I wanted online through Autotrader and called dealership to make sure it was still there and that they could confirm the price. Tyler(last name unknown) confirmed price and the vehicle was indeed there, so I arranged a time to meet. I drove across town almost an hour and met Tyler in the parking lot. He looked over my trade and went to get Durango and we went for a short test drive. Loved the vehicle. We then went into dealership and looked over numbers, I felt like I... read more

Low ethical standards The price of an oil change on my Grand Cherokee ecodiesel has went from $69 to a crazy $211 in October 2019 (My wife’s BMW with synthetic oil and a 15000 mile interval costs $80). The price of oil has went down and the oil change process hasn’t changed, so it’s all profit for the dealer. Jeep gets away with this by charging an exorbitant price for their only specified filter and synthetic oil, making it less feasible for independent mechanics to do the service. The service manager admits he cringes when... read more

Incompetent Service Department: Failure to fix issue for 3yr In 2016, my son's headlights started randomly going off and not turning back on. Creating a safety issue. The jeep was under extended warranty. We have brought it in over 10 times for the same issue to be fixed. We have paid $$$ after the warranty expired to fix the safety issue. We brought it in again yesterday. They now think they found the issue and the part costs $$$$. They will only fix it if we pay$$$ after 3 years after they did not fix the issue under warra... read more
