Buying the vehicle was the best experience. Waiting to get the passenger seat belt fixed took over a month. Ee were not able to use the Jeep with anybody in the passenger seat for a month.

Definitely WOULDN'T RECOMMEND! !!!! 3/27 I contacted them about a car. ROB T. my salesman seemed genuine and straight up. We agreed 53,988 for the car and 18,500 for my trade in. I put the application in and got approved, once I got on the phone with the finance manager he told me the price and sent the paperwork which the price was for 55,988 which was higher than our agreement but I let that red flag go because they let me take advantage of 45 days no payment. Have purchased 4 cars from this dealership Always the usual back and forth but never experienced any one like Shane Basilone, Rude and condescending just didn't seem like he had any customer service rather " it matters not what you want buy the car i'm telling you to buy not interested in what you think and want" I will not return to this dealership as customer service comes last. The only Positive was Bryan Hrabe the general manager , he is very good but Shane .............never again

This dealership completely and totally lacks integrity and accountability. My initial experience was fine, typical of every previous dealership experience. However, after purchasing a certified used car for my wife and leasing a vehicle for myself. The trouble began, my wife left dealership and went to pick up our kids from school when all the dashboard lights started to flash. She was panicked and confused as the dealership said everything was good upon leaving. Came to find out aside from lights there was no oil in engine.... read more

This is my 3rd car I’ve purchased here and unfortunately it will be the last. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and it’s a shame how I’ve been treated. I traded in my car last Monday and requested that my wheels and tires be switched to my new car since they were new and the car I was buying had bald tires. I thought they were being nice until I drove off the lot and all tires went red because the TPMS failed. I brought back the car and they supposedly fixed it but once again when I drove away it showed failed TPMS system... read more

Service department releases my truck not repaired Always. Check history for incompetent work. Ram trucks don't hold up. Never buy one again and never recommend.

Terrible experience. Multiple errors in the calculation of the deal. Multiple paperwork errors. The follow up documents sent to me were not even for my transaction. Multiple deceptive practices. I realize today that i have been charged $2000 for a warranty that i expressly stated I did not want. I think i am going to file a consumer report to the BBB and possible a predatory lending practices complaint if that is possible. I will figure that out next week.

The problem was misdiagnosed as a bad clutch with a $6,000 repair estimate not covered by warranty. A second review by a second shop revealed the issue as a shift linkage covered by warranty. Will never bring my Dodge in for repairs or maintenance needs or new vehicle purchases to your stealership again.
