I purchased a used vehicle on March 31,2025. Had the worst experience at this dealership. Salesperson in a big hurry to sell me a vehicle and his manager was just as bad. I didn't receive any of the paperwork I signed. I was promised a 3-year paint coating protection plan which didn't get put in the final contract. From attempted fraud to being left with a vehicle deemed safe yet having a leaking power steering rack, this was the worst buying experience I have ever had.
Service was very bad and expensive the wanted me to pay 27000 dollars for repairs, I took it it to aithe dealer ansonly pis 2500 dollars
Had unfortunate experience with service agent John Otero. He was unpleasant from the start. Out of nowhere he accused me of being rude yet I cannot fathom his unprofessional conduct and/or his accusation. I had only told him what and where the issue was ... ???!!! The issue did not get fixed. Have to go back.
Appointment was not on time. They forgot to put gas in the vehicle. Too long.
I have purchased 2 new vehicles and i have my vehicles serviced with Airpark. I realize that this dealership is landlocked and cannot expand, thus making the parking lot overloaded and full. No place to park. One complaint is the 3% fee for using a credit card. My bill was a large one and I got charged $94.64 for paying with a credit card. I would like that amount back. If there was a rating lower than 2 I’d give it. From the GM (Bryan Hrabe) down this place is a scam. They prey on women and lie. Then they do not communicate clear and concise so you’re so confused and they hope you just cave to their xxxxty offfer. The absolute worst experience of MY life they should be closed down. I have emails video and text. Please investigate my complaint further. The SG is involved and I had to call Berkshire Hathaway corporate. Garbage!!!!!!
Customer service was awful. If you can even get to service technician. I had to call a sales manager, who walked down to the garage and had a technician call me back. It then takes a full day to get an oil change?? Then the car comes out unwashed and no charge on the battery. Just awful experience compared to to our BMW.
