you know, I knew you guys have a absolute crap product but it was cheap. but this is freaking ridiculous! I can't go more then 20 min without the internet shutting down and loosing connection. this is by far the worst freaking internet provider in alaska

I’m wondering if there anyone that can help me. I’ve been on hold many times for hours. It’s hard being a mother that is working with long hours to find the time to get anyone to help me. I moved to my new place in October, I paid up until January 2021. I requested to cancel my internet in Dec/Jan received a reply by email in February showing that it’s canceled. On hold for 1.5 hours with customer service. Super slow internet that keeps throwing us off. And prices keep increasing. Too sad that GCI is just as bad.
Terrible internet service which cuts out all the time. I reset the modem like they say to when you call in - 5 minutes, not the 60 seconds like it says online and in the automated message. They gave me a new modem about 2 months ago hoping it would fix the problem since it has been ongoing for well over a year and it did nothing. You can't even speak to a person after hours anymore. When you call the support number it says, "Please email blah blah blah blah and we will respond within 5 business days." How am I supposed to do... read more

Used to have emergency contact service 24 seven now not even your app works I cannot contact anybody and let them know the Internet is down in my neighborhood You used to be very customer oriented

Unreal. It’s as if Thanos snapped his fingers and my phone service never existed. Service was disconnected with no notice, my online account doesn’t exist, and apparently the customer service agents are floating away as bits of dust…
