2 to 3 hour hold times and issues never get resolved. ACS came out and wrapped the box that was hit by a snowplow. It’s July. That box is still wrapped in plastic and we have the worst internet service that is becoming unreliable on a daily basis. How is ACS still an internet provider to any residential customers??!! 0 stars.

Trying to pay a bill here but do not have an account number and I have been on the phone three times for over 45 minutes each time! They have got to be the absolutely worst worst customer service in Alaska

Terrible customer support. On hold for business support now for 30 minutes. GCI is pretty much immediate.

Tried calling them twice, spent an hour on hold each time. All I needed was to keep the broadband service at a home I purchased. They will, however, setup a new FiWi connection in two or three weeks. They need to improve their customer service, because there is no office nearby to visit and their call center is a joke.

They do not have technical support after 5pm or on weekends.

Calling in to talk to customer service about getting hooked up- been on hold 1 hour 49 mins and counting. Not cool.

Every time we call we are on hold for at least 2 hours before we reach someone. They always say everything looks fine from their end whatever that means. Yet our wifi is not working, our smart home does not work, our Xbox live will not connect, etc. Then they send someone out to fix the problem and they always say the wiring was jacked up by the last guy. This occurs at least 3 times a year. We have to take an entire day off from work just to get a hold of someone because it takes HOURS to reach via phone. We also have a bus... read more

I have been on hold for over an hour and a half as I write this! I tried email and got a message saying expect an answer within 5 business days. I need help N O W, not next week. The customer service is lousy!

Hi I’ve called 10x and emailed 2x. I’ve been trying for 3 weeks to cancel my service! I sold my house and move to Louisiana weeks ago and no one from your company will call me back. If my credit card gets charged again I’m going to report your company for fraud
