Customer service is a joke. That's if you can get them on the phone. Came out to my place and told me I had a line of sight for the fiwi service (winter time). Due to various reasons I end up getting my install rescheduled literally 4 times. All but one time their fault. Several hours of work taken off to accommodate all of this. Finally show up to do the install (after green up) and tell me I have no line of sight. Please answer my dm or email! I was put on hold for over 2 hours after being transferred to tech support. My grandpa who doesn’t speak any English or knows how to send an email just needs a new modem and we’ve been trying to get a hold of you folks for over a month now. He translated a letter and sent it twice (bless his heart) and nobody answered him. God knows how long this took him. Just send him a new modem!

ACS does NOT answer their phone! I’ve been on hold for over THREE HOURS! Worse customer service in history. (AT&T is just as bad.) They don’t give one whit about their customers. If ACS CEO receives any kind of salary at all, he is grossly overpaid!

Listen to your customers, answer a phone - ever...I’ve been on hold for over half an hour to cancel my service. You guys are so broken. Seriously if you are managing this company try calling your numbers and see who, if and when it gets answered and the type of help you receive. I will not recommend your company anyone. I will also be very outspoken on how much you don’t take care of customers.
