I have been trying to contact ACS regarding my landline. 1st time on hold for 2 hours had to hang up. 2nd time 2.5 hours couldn't stay on any longer. 4.5 hours of my day and never did get to talk to a customer service rep.

I have been trying to reach ACS since we moved back in March/April 2020 about our billing. They were supposed to switch service from one address to another, and instead have been billing us for BOTH locations for almost a year now. I have called, emailed, put a ticket through on their customer portal, and yet they still continue to bill us. Anyone have any suggestions on how to reach an ACTUAL PERSON? Have not been able to get ahold of any one for internet support for over a week each time I am on hold for 2 hours or more listening to horrible music and having robo voice every 20 mins telling me to go to their web site for help.. yes it might help if I could get on line to get support.. I have been with ACS for 21 years and never had this kind of trouble.. most I have ben on line is 5 mins with out getting bounced off. Poor to consistently unresponsive internet service. Customer service with minimum 1 hour wait times. I have to use phone hotspot (AT&T)for my home internet. have called multiple times for help. 4 hours on hold... I can’t even call to cancel or request a refund. Overall, I would not recommend this service to anyone. I am on hold with them (30 mins already) to cancel...

Why ACS internet down during weekend, no support, no hotline for customers to call to let you know your service down, you should have Facebook page to communicate with customer about what going on? When internet will be back? Seem like I can’t do anything but wait and hope internet will come back soon.

Your reviews say a lot. Our internet goes out daily and only stays on about half the time. We have acs. I am using an at and t phone to write this review.

Horrible customer service. 1 hour and 58 minutes, still haven’t answered the phone. Calling because internet service has been down for days.

Terrible service. They don't answer their own phones. I'm on hold right now because I can't connect to The Internet via ACS and now my voice service is down too. Current hold time = 1 hour 43 minutes. Call your elected representatives and complain. Call the Regulatory Commission of Alaska (RCA) and complain. Sheesh.
