you should only use ACS as internet if you live by yourself. otherwise it can't handle two people streaming. sad.

Nearly impossible to contact them over the phone, unless you have time to wait on hold for 6 hours. Connection is good for 30 seconds then fades out and completely drops connection.
ACS requires you to put in service orders to repair Internet connectivity failures USING THE INTERNET! Their business model is to train their customers to go to a RELIABLE communications provider to access the BROKEN ACS system. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

I had ACS for about a year. I moved to a different location, and they told me I was able to transfer my home internet there, but then they said my area was “out of range” so I paid the last months internet bill. And switched services now I have a letter from them saying I owe them about $500 when I already canceled my services...

They are impossible to contact, I have been unable to contact them over the phone, attempted to call them three times, each time was on hold for over 45 min and had to give up.... absolutely ridiculous. Guess I don’t need internet that bad.
