Have u ever try calling there teck support team ? The don’t answer the phone I waited over 3 1/2 hrs and still no answer? Oh if u send a e-mail request- forget that- they don’t even answer that. But if u r late on ur bill - holly hell!!!! Not a good company to do service with!!!!

Nothing we are stuck with ACS because we have no other options. they do t answer their phone being on hold for 2 hours and no one answering is absurd. they quit taking payments over the phone and raised their prices during a pandemic!

I’ve been trying to figure out what to say. I live in a small town off the road system and we have a little grocery store here. It’s really a great store. However they have had an issue with ACS for over a week now leaving them unable to process a certain type of card- leaving lots of families unable to buy food. Traditionally ACS will say they will come fix it yet either a) won’t get a timeframe or b)don’t come at all. We had to cancel our scheduled travel to Seldovia last week due to weather and we rescheduled it for as soon as we could. Winter weather in Alaska doesn't always allow for immediate travel. Hard to contact them and they have a really clunky phone system. Long hold times.

Current situation is pictured....heading to two hours of on hold. Calling about their service that isn’t working. Zero 24 hours customer service like they claim. We’ve been without internet for 4 days now. I’ve used ACS for years, but this year they’ve really gone down hill fast.

Terrible customer service and they provide a very poor service. What they advertise is nowhere close to what customers actually get.

I have been on hold for over an hour on multiple days. My home internet hasn't worked in a while, July actually, and I'm unable to reach anyone to get it back in service. I'm curious if this is your business model? Do you just take money and not provide a service? Your help would be GREATLY appreciated, but I've come to understand that I likely won't get it. If nothing else, at least let me know that this is what to expect from your company; expectation management of sorts.

The staff itself are wonderful, helpful and kind once you actually get ahold of one of them. The overall management in the customer service area of running a business is a solid F. #1.) calling them is a joke , I called 3 times with the average hold time being 2 HOURS. During the entire time you’re holding there is a message that comes on that says you can do this faster and easily using their app or website or E-Mail #2.) Poor customer service and internet reliability! ACS has the monopoly in the area and there are no other options.
