I have been trying to switch my service from my last house to my new one. I put in an order request over one week ago with no response. I have called and emailed customer service with no response. The internet is good so I am disappointed that I will be forced to switch internet providers because of their terrible service!

Been a customer for over 12 years and can’t contact them in any way. Customer service sucks

Have tried multiple times to get ahold of anyone on the phone. Have even tried emailing and am STILL waiting for a response after a week+. I know your are rolling out some type of new system but we’ve been on hold for 1.5 hours today and still haven’t talked to anyone. I called a week or so ago and was also in hold for 1 hour plus before I gave up. At this point, we would like to just cancel our internet with you BUT WE CANT REACH ANYONE to do so..... 😑

I haven't had internet since 11-13-20. I have called EVERY business day since. To the tune of 13 hours total on hold. I have spoken to a Tom, and a Pam both have tried to get me in touch with a Rebecca. I have waited for a call or email from said Rebecca. I have also left 4 VM, all to no avail. I have children in homeschool. When we do have internet it is fast and we love it. Right now though this is upsetting.

They have horrible customer service. There are two boxes right across the little used dirt road across from my home but they won't connect. keep saying it is "in engineering". been over a year now. Heard about SpitsWspots. they got me over 100mb connection with no caps. great customer service. don't expect ACS to be in business long.

Customer service is abysmal on hold for an hour.

No one has been responding to me not contacting me nor accepted my check that I have mailed in; meaning they never deposited the check. I need my service on for the shop and I havent heard NOTHING BACK FROM THEM! ACS please call so that I can have service for my shop. It should not take a month with no one responding nor answering to get a payment through.

Internet service is OK but they have no customer service at all! it is common to wait on hold over an hour to talk to anyone and their pay by phone is constantly down. they often make mistakes on their billing and it is extremely difficult to get these errors corrected. not a customer oriented business.
