I have spent three hours on hold and have yet to talk to anyone.
I've tried 6 times, to reach someone. Your hold time is ridiculous and no one has returned my voice messages or emails. Its been over 3 weeks now since I've been trying to get a hold of someone. I have a new internet provider because no one has called me back for technical support from 3 weeks ago. I work from home and it was a nightmare with your internet service. Saturday evening the ACS internet line fell across my driveway. It had broken at a splice midway between the main power pole and our house pole. We had to call GVEA to move the potentially hot lines out of the road. ACS has NO emergency number or contact of any kind. I immediately put in two trouble tickets with zero response. I have been on hold for Over an hour, last week I placed a online service request and got a reply that someone would contact me within 72 business hours.
I literally can’t do anything I’m not getting what I paid for and I can’t cancel anything this new thing going on with there website is not great at all I want my money back😡

I have been on hold for 4 hours. Then someone shared a similar story and was told you are not taking on any new customers. If that is true why do you keep prospective customers on hold?

The new online bill pay option does not provide confirmation numbers or confirmation emails!! I'm not sure why the new Accountview doesn't provide this anymore, absolutely unacceptable and shady!
