our internet has been going out a lot in the past few months. and you’ll be lucky if you can even get ahold of them. i’m usually on the phone for 2+ hours on hold.
ACS sucks. Worst customer service ever. Good luck reaching them ever! Filed a complaint with both the state regularity commission as well as the FCC. Hope others do the same. Shame on you ACS! 🤬
You could improve by hiring more employees to answer your phones, by having people answer the phone 24/7, by showing up to fix your equipment. Your employees who answered the phone these past 2 weeks were incredibly friendly. But still no solution to our internet not working.

Hang in there guys! 3 hours and I got through to Customer Service! 😂 Rep was very friendly after I squealed like a little girl when I finally heard her voice! Apparently call back numbers aren’t a thing with ACS... But on the bright side they have little to no competition with internet options so imma stay a customer 🙃

I don’t see any other way to contact you except writing here. You don’t answer phone calls and emails. The technician who was meant to install residential internet in my house last week did not show up. He was scheduled to come sometime between 9 and 4 on Thursday October 15. We got no contact from him and nobody showed up. I tried to call customer support about it and was on hold for an hour and a half, not getting anywhere. What is going on? Please contact me ASAP. I am absolutely furious that I even have to post this, but I have spent the last 2 hours on hold waiting for a technical support agent. This happens every single time I call (which happens 2x a month because my service goes down). I wish I could recommend this company, but their lack of customer service agents and how often I lose internet has become frustrating.

Hey Alaska Communications! I have been on hold for an hour and half. This is absolutely ridiculous! Every time I call there is an extremely long wait!! I am trying to follow up on a request that I had made on the 6th of October!! I’m having to waste my time because of your poor customer service! For all that is holy hire more customer service agents. Your service absolutely sucks!
