Worst customer service in AK I was just on hold for over an hour waiting for anyone from ACS to answer- no luck They need to replace their leadership team and hire folks who actually care

Worst service ever! I’ve called them and been told to get another router to boost my signal! I’ve submitted a trouble ticket online and no one has called me back. Right now I am on the phone for over an hour and a half with no one answering. Plus! Now get this; I had to get off my WiFi in order to call them because the app would not work! Kept buffering!!!

Alaska Communications is a horrible company to do business with! After being a customer with ACS for over 8 years, our business upgraded our telephone system with ACS 3 years ago and this is when the problems started. When the technician came out to install the system, he actually laughed at what he was doing. He couldn't believe he was installing a system that ACS didn't even support anymore, but he continued with the installation and for the last 3 years we've had nothing but problems with the system. Worst company In Alaska I have ever dealt with in 50 years. At one time they were pretty decent but no more. Must have gotten a hatchet bare bones Ceo. They are definitely bare bones and way understaffed. Don't even have a walk in office in Fairbanks or North pole anymore. If you have internet check the speed and amount you are receiving. My self and some of my friends have found out that we are not receiving what we have paid for. Good luck on talking to a live employee. Very disappointed with ACS. We are having extreme problems with our phone line and internet. I am lucky to even post this right now. We have been out of our phone and internet all weekend and called Monday had to leave a message no call back and today it is Wednesday and Internet very slow and no phone. This had been going on and off for several months. We are told now that it is a line between North Pole and Fairbanks however don't know where. Lack of customer service support. Our phone and internet went out over the weekend. Phone service restored on Monday but still no internet. I’ve been trying to reach someone for 2 days. Had the battery die on both handsets. This morning their automated system hung up on me 5 times.

been trying all morning to talk to someone and nothing but hung up on,need them to raise line only sits 10ft off ground,poor to no communication

UPDATE your customer service so that we can leave a call back number. The wait times are ridiculous and nobody seems to care.
