I’m still working to resolve a severed cable outside my house. Spent 3 hours on hold and the issue is still not resolved!

We are moving out of state today and called to cancel our internet service. Our bill was generated yesterday, so we get to pay for the whole month of internet but only use 2 days. We were told that there will be no credit for the days we won't use, no prorating ...... very disappointing customer service!!

However, per our terms and conditions, you may cancel your service at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your monthly billing period. For the last 3 weeks we have had so many problems with the internet service. I dont even know what we are paying for as we spend more time trying to connect to the internet than actually using it. We used to be able to have 4 devices running now we can barely get 1 let alone 2. Every time I submit a trouble ticket I am told its fine and basically no one wants ti take the time to help. Its not fine. Very frustrating. first time in the last two years that I have been very unhappy with ACS. I have a disabled senior that lives ... read more

ACS is a terrible service provider in every way. I tried the unlimited internet and it was awful. I couldn't even watch a single movie on Netflix. Its not like I live in the bush either. I live S. Anchorage. That is just one of several bad experiences I had with ACS. Other bad experiences are that it took over three weeks to get service hooked up (back in March) and having to take an entire day off to wait for the service guy to come between the hours of 8:00-4:00. worst customer service. they make changes on your plan without notifying you and have no way to put changes back

Been a costumer with ACS for over 20 years. I was on the phone with ACS last week and they’d rather give new high speed broadband to new customers than treat their long time loyal customers right! There’s a fiber optic line 300 yards from our neighborhood !!?? As a business don’t you think you’d want to please your now paying customers! Thanks for the good customer service ACS!! NOT!! A neighborhood text was sent out and it looks like we are all going to go with Spit Spot if we don’t get better service!! Would love to stick... read more

The internet is so shoddy- watching streaming channels that buffer fairly consistently. Or just no internet access at all for up to an hour or two days... True story. On hold for over an hour... Unlimited internet- yes, but slow, slow, slow. Oh, and as mentioned above, super unreliable.
