Loooong story short.... very unreliable internet speed. And terrible customer service. Here’s the story, Promised a measly 10 mbps. But it dropped to 2.75 Contacted ACS tech support after being put on hold for 40 min. Took 6 weeks for a tech to be dispatched to my house. Techs got me the 10 mbps back but it only lasted 1 month and the speed dropped back down to an average of 2.7 mbps. Easily the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I am now waiting over 3 weeks for a service technician to resolve my home internet issues (for the second time in six months). The customer service representatives and support technicians are basically rude and ineffective. If there was any other home internet provider available, I would pay more and use the competitor. In Every Way... start by letting us talk to you via email to respond to tickets, give new info, schedule appointments. LET US EVEN SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS. This system now is that you won't even estimate a day you will arrive to do the work. I was told to call EVERY morning (and be on hold like today? for 45 minutes???) to find out if the ticket was assigned to a technician. I've been on hold for over 1hr for Technical support, and the kicker is they told me to submit an email. Worst customer support ever.
There’s no 24/7 support to help when you need it. They are only open 8-530 which is when many people aren’t even home to realize if there’s an issue

Once again my internet has gone down just after the tech support has closed, not like my service wasn’t already crap to begin with. A lovely undiagnosed “problem with the signal”... talk to IT have me unplug and reconnect my router... “well, there is definitely a problem with your signal, we’ll submit a trouble ticket...” today it goes from crappy signal to NOTHING & once again, nobody is around to tell me why.
