This is how bad my internet service has been. I’ll switch out my router to a dual but by reviewing the posts here I’ll get what I get and take it, for nothing is done by this provider. Customer service is poor at best! Our Company phone service has not functioned in 2 months. we have to wait 11 months until our contract ends to recieve service from a differenct carrier to have phone service, while still paying ACS each month for a service that does not exist. We have been with ACS for 20+ years and they do not value their customers! We could never recommend this carrier for any service.
Service has been spotty off and on at my house . Every time I call I’m on hold indefinitely. I can’t sit on the phone for 30 minutes +. I’ve got things to do. You should not use your theme song for hold music that is interrupted every ten seconds saying you will be with me shortly. Not sure how you guys are retaining customers

Right now I couldn’t be more upset and disappointed with lack of service! I have been an EXCELLENT customer for 2 years with no late payments etc and I move and am told I cannot get service for an undetermined amount of time due to lack of available equipment! I do NOT except this, seriously? Please add pairs here so we can get the service we need!

They promise the "highest available internet speeds" but don't deliver. After multiple service requests I was told that the fastest speed I could possibly get is 10 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload. I've never seen a download speed faster than 6 Mbps. Currently my download speed is 0.14 Mbps and my upload speed is 0.49 Mbps, with only my phone connected. I have a bad modem. When the power goes off the modem goes off-line and the usual steps of turning off, unplugging power cord and phone line and turning back on does not work. I have to do this process dozens of times to get it to work again. I spent 8 hours on my day off yesterday trying to get this thing working. I spent over 2 hours on hold before finally getting the tech dept only to be told by the Einstein that my modem was working fine and they would not replace the modem. Seriously. 2 days without something I’m paying for. Of course you open after I get to work and close before I get off work. I was calm today. I was calm yesterday. I will not be calm tomorrow. I expect a credit if/when I can actually get ahold of someone. Only so much can be done when your at work and NOT in front of the problem. Having trouble shooting hours the same as most working folks is just piss poor planning!
