Provide the Internet service that they are billing me for! Your service is horrible and you do nothing to correct it. If you are working on this problem, then your communications VP has failed in letting your customers know what's going on.

Over the past 14 years, I would have told you, ACS was the best choice for internet. It has been mine. I can’t say that their service OR customer service has backed me in the past couple years. What happened??? Sordidly disappointing these days. It saddens me that I am not alone in my opinion.

What has happened to this once vibrant customer service focused company? Almost impossible to speak to a human, calls getting dropped while on hold for support and sub par quality of service. Real bummer to those of us who've been with ACS for so many years.

2 hours trying to restart DSL and tv -no Internet. Trying to create trouble ticket first not go because of no Internet, second trouble ticket complying no one of the phone number worked. And ACS push us to make a business company to have a Internet not to be a residential Internet.

Do NOT use these guys for business accounts. Over 2 weeks to get a line moved and a new one added. Tech finally shows up and order is wrong cant even do all of it. And forget trying to get in touch with corporate. NNumber goes to voicemail then the number they tell you to call is not in service and no one ever calls you back

Your customer service is terrible. I was on the phone, in que from 5:35 pm tonight for 1/2 hour for customer technical support with an outage. It is ironically typical for ACS who is a communications company not to have good communications with its customers. Did not get any answer or message other than "We will be with you shortly". What a crock! Then tried calling again to get a person on the line, and the system just hangs up on me when I enter zero as required for the prompt. Alaska communication is probably one of the worst internet companies I have ever personally experienced. I'm going on about 35-40 minutes and I only made it ten minutes into the show. This is not the first time this has happened. They are always laggy and hardly ever wants to work. I'm being told that their end works fine and so it must be me. if I'm going to pay for internet I expect it to work like most people who get internet! Definitely not recommended to anyone!! 😠😠

Garbage service, two times in the first week of having them with loss of service and took well over a day to get a call back from tech support. Unlimited would be great if there was internet to use in the first place.
