We have had issues since October with our internet since purchasing our home, even people coming out and drilling new holes in our home! There is a ACS station house at the top of our road not even 1/2 a mile always... Our internet has not been working for 3 days now and I cannot even contact anyone for help. Tomorrow I better have someone at my house fixing this issue AND be prorated!! This is ridiculous. *i work in housing, and I will tell the truth in my experience when they ask for recommendations if this isn’t fixed ... read more

I am disabled. I pay 2weeks in advance every month. ACS is charging me for time I've already paid for & cut off my phone, which is suppose to be my 911 phone, & my internet over $66 they say I owe for the 1st 2wks of service after my move from Kenai to Soldotna, after waiting a month for service to new place. I've always paid them their$$$ 2wks in advance & they cut my service over $66. I pay $120 a month. They told us under $100 but have always charged us $120. how can it even be legal to cut off my local 911 service??????

Business response:

Hello, Carrie. We are sorry for the inconvenience and trouble. Please direct message us with your account number so that we can look into this issue and try to resolve it as soon as possible. Thank you!

They want to charge my business for hundred dollars to hook up a line to a building that is already hooked up with ACS equipment. Then on top of that they want me to pay $100 to sign a contract for them would be worth around $10,000 over five years. No wonder this business has failed so miserably. No wonder ACS has such a terrible rating Like more than half of my friend said to me do not use ECS. I’m glad they did not let me in the door by putting all these charges in obstacles in front of me. I look forward to this co... read more

My internet cuts out about once a day for several hours. I just called customer service and you wouldn’t believe how smug the guy was when he thought it had been working for almost two whole weeks. Not true and not really something to brag about anyway. Tonight was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I went straight over to GCI and got hooked up. There is no way they can possibly be as bad as ACS.

Business response:

We’re sorry you received poor customer service, Angelica. We pride ourselves on our customer service and we apologize that you didn’t experience this. If you’d like to speak to a manager, please direct message us your phone number and account number and we’ll reach out to you. Thank you.

I would say yes. but our bill is only supposed to be $79. At least that is what I was told and now it's up to $84. That's not alot but I do not enjoy being lied to. only good thing is that it is unlimited, so they say

Business response:

Hi Ivy Rose, Thank you for contacting us. We're sorry about the miscommunication. First bills are higher than normal due to an install fee and they are prorated because we bill one month in advance, meaning that you will see the billing cycle of 30 days, plus the amount of days you had services for, before the cycle started. If you flip to page 3 of your invoice you can view the dates we are charging you for. Next month you will see one month only at the $79.99 rate. If this was not your first bill, please give us a call so ... read more

Their customer service is horrible when you have a problem with internet. Zero sense of urgency in getting the issue resolved. We’ve been out for 5 days and it looks like it won’t be fixed until next week. There should be a dislike button on their page. I would use it.

Called 24/7 tech support to hear a message how the Internet was down but is now restored (mine is down). Told to use their website to submit a ticket. Tried; but that made me install their app. Did that, tried to use it and guess what: isn’t working. Don’t call it 24/7 support when it’s impossible to contact you.
