Sure would be nice to not be strung along about an outage for three weeks and going, And to speak with someone on a solution rather than put me on hold for an hour each day just to finally answer with hopefully tomorrow. customer service seems to me, that you are irritated with me, for wanting the internet I pay for to be working on a regular basis. Hughes, AK has been out of phone service for too long twice since May 2018. Please train someone that lives in Hughes to be qualified to turn the phone system back on after a power outage. If you all are not willing to do that then at LEAST put a new battery in that will actually last 10 hours. What am I paying for?
My internet stopped working at my house. I have attempted for two days to set up on line access to my account to put in a work ticket only to be told my account number doesn't exist by the system. They close at 6pm which is before I get home from work and there is no option to leave a message or email address that I can use to contact them.
Was out for the evening came back internet stopped working. Reset router and it ended up being different name and password to enter in. Would like to contact someone but not open on weekends.
There has been a telephone? Pole knocked down in my yard since the big wind storm. I’ve called and messaged about it along with my address and number but my kids are still having to play around a live wire in my yard :/
i am highly discourage displease in the service they provide. called trying to resolve two problem well over two hours I feel that i had gotten no where with the customer support personal the supervisor i talked with tech services I am ready after 25 years of service to tell ACS to KMA greg lebeau
Tried to visit their business office, but it is not open to the public, like it used to be. They only had a drop box for checks, and the gate keeper told me to go find a phone and call them back. I drove down there because that wasn't working... amazing monopoly. No wonder folks are dropping their land lines.
I live in the Ester area. I'm "lucky" to have 1 Meg DSL. They have no plans on increasing Bandwidth and there are many out here that are on an endless waiting list to even get service. Also, for the last week there have been lots of outages lastin considerable periods of time, I finally called them about it and they admitted they've been having problems for the last 9 days and still working on it.
