Is anyone else having internet trouble? I live in Fairbanks.
A 26 day wait to have residential phone/internet installed in a main city? Ridiculous.
I have been a customer for over twenty years and have always had trouble with ACS. Currently I’m absolutely fed up with them and my internet service! I’ve had three or four different modems in the last three years, yet they keep saying it is not on their end. Yet when they replace the modem it solves the problem. Now I’ve been having a problem for over two months, my modem sporadically disconnects and reconnects with no warning. ACS is inconsistent service at best and the worst customer service I have seen in a company. Makes me wish for Comcast.
Trying to get a hold of someone is nearly impossible except to get signed up and then wait 2 months for installation. Email I just received said your company was open, but yet when I call it says your closed. I need someone to contact me ASAP!!!!
Horrible customer service. The installer was incredible. My internet service was great. The people on the phone and the way you do billing is horrendous.
I have had ACS for less than a year and have had to call in monthly to argue about the bill or the service. Currently we have no internet on a Sunday and ACS is not available. Im half tempted to start knocking off the days i go with no internet off my bill.
Took close to 2 months to get an install. When I finally got one the guy just handed me the box at my door?!? Now I have problems. Have to restart router +5 times daily. Drops me from Netflix. Drops me from ps4 games. Not really sure how you can offer a service that doesn't work.
