Super irritated. We contacted ACS a week ago because our internet was down they say they will send someone over that Thursday never hear anything. It takes me two days to contact someone and finally on Saturday they tell me oh someone did come out. Well my internet still does not work so we reset works for couple hours. Monday call again. You somehow get signed up for paperless billing only to never get a bill and forget as time gets away from you. Then all of a sudden your internet will be off so you pay the bill to catch up and the ridiculous fee. You at that time explain you hadn’t received a bill find that your information is correct and figure it’s a glitch (ok I’ll let it slide as it’s half my fault for loosing track of time) only to repeat the process again and almost be disconnected again, but this time they tell you they are having issues with paperl... read more
Great internet service, but they have absolutely awful customer service. I've never been on hold for an hour before until these guys. 3 days in a row I've called to get my internet fixed and I have received nothing back. No answer, no email, nothing. It's like they literally don't have anyone working in the customer service department.
Dial up internet was faster then what I have now.
I've had ACS for over 7 years. The first 6 were fine. In the last 4 months our internet has become pathetic. Now when it goes out, it's technically connected but instead of getting 5-7 Mps, we're getting .02 Mps. When we call this in, we go through a whole list of troubleshooting items with the support person, after which they beg us to allow someone in our home to check the modem. So- I'm leaving on vacation and wanted to pay my bill in advance. I always pay all of my bills on time. The automated system tells me that I am 2 months late. It seems that ACS converted to paperless billing without notifying me. The service rep said that you sent a letter or email notifying everyone. No- I never received a letter. That ACS NEEDS A TOWER NEAR CHUDA HOUSE - SPUR HIGHWAY AND BORGEN AVENUE. IMPROVE THE COMPUTER AND INTERNET OUTPUT OUTLETS AROUND THE PENINSULA.
Internet signal has been incredibly unreliable and barely existent. Extremely disappointed with service. Called their tech support numerous times but could not get to a real person. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
