No way to contact this company and tell them to stop littering my neighborhood with their phone books. Must stop this littering now.
Not good coverage area. They changed to 10 Mbps minimum now we can't get internet even though we had 5Mbps last year through them. Never had good service during our time with them and that is why we went to cell phone service. Now that the cell phones are having issues we tried to get service through ACS and they told us we were not in their 10Mbps area. Crummy company with shotty business practices went way in over their head in debt dropped the cell phones and sold out to GCI. Sad. Use other options if you can!
I like them but scheduling set-up is a pain. I just saw the technician parked outside my condominium but instead of setting up multiple apartments at once he did one and left. The efficiency is lacking!!
Ok, so I've been a happy ACS customer for a year. Until recently. Internet quit working, tech support couldn't fix remotely, tech came out after a couple of days, checked the house, said it was all good there, but no signal from the pole. He said he found a bad splice at the pole, but he couldn't fix it, as it required a specialist. Ok no problem, right? A few days go by, no word rom ACS, no internet. I eventually call them, am told that they fixed it. Sweet, must need to reset the modem. No good. Called again, now they say... read more
I cancelled my account last month well this month you guys decided to charge me twice and said you can't do anything about it. I'll make sure people on base and in the barracks know not to us you guys since you like to take money. Thanks for horrible service!!!!
I've been with ACS for 11 years. Our internet service SUCKS!!!!! We can run either Netflix or one device or the computer. Don't ask the service to do more than one thing! It shuts it all down! I've called every year to see if the service will get upgraded. Same stupid song and dance. For $100 a month you too can have sucky service provided by ACS that will slowly load a movie for you, shut off, load for 10 minutes, play for 30 seconds, load for 10 minutes, play for 30 seconds......"we are continuously upgrading our s... read more
