Always love eating at Alexander’s. One of our to go to places!
Fish was undercooked. My husband had same dish and it was fine.
Soup was cold, fish was cold. We sent back the fish and it came back luke warm. Food was plated beautifully, but tasted like it was tray packed from US foods. Never again, too many excellent restaurants in Hilton Head.
Waitress never really checked on us or offered to get us any additional drinks. Wasn’t really warm or involved. Chicken was tough and not easy to cut. First time we’re disappointed with Alexander’s. We’ve been coming here for over 13 years! Guess there is always a first!
We were immediately seated, but our food server never showed up.....after 25 minutes another food server approached us, saying he was going be taking care of us, the other person had a family emergency. He was great! My lobster was very good, but potatoes and asparagus were dry without any sauce. Did not complain because our server was overloaded with tables. At a conference from out of town, restaurant highly recommended. Maybe will try the next time we are in Hilton Head, hoping for a better overall experience
Very ordinary meal, not worth the price.
Beef Wellington was dry and not very tasty, almost a bit moldy.
