The restaurant was very empty. Very few customers. Service was slow and inattentive. Food mediocre yet very expensive. Must be a tourist trap for hotel guests nearby. Very disappointing. Happy to get the check and leave.
Old and tired. Food was just so-so. Waiter and front desk staff were pleasant.
So glad Alexander's is back! Food was great and the service was terrific! Can't wait to go back.

What ever happened to customer service? I follow dietary restrictions so I called ahead of making our reservation to ask what the fresh catch/Fish of the day would be ( this would be my only option off the early bird menu). I was told Mahi mahi would be the fish which does fit in my dietary restrictions so I made the reservation. When ordering off the early bird menu, we were told the fish would be swordfish ( this is not a fish I can eat) and mahi mahi was the fresh catch off the regular menu. Special of the day: snapper with scallops was awful: fish was stinky and scallops were too raw and oversalted.even cheese sandwich for a child was tasting old margarine.
Pork Chop was served in a pasta bowl and over cooked. Who serves Pork Chops in bowls? Mashed potatoes did not taste like real pototoes
