We made reservations here two months in advance for our 25th anniversary. When we arrived early to make sure we got the table we requested we were told we were too early and someone who was about to get engaged also requested the same section. After waiting at the bar for 45 mins we were then told that “we can’t make people eat faster”. This was 30 mins after our reservation so we just had to leave as find somewhere else on our special night after this treatment. Worst food I had during my Hilton Head Visit. We first started with a very pleasant host, followed by a rude bartender Spenser, I’m surprise this gentlemen is in the hospitality business. I must mention Toni the second bartender was amazing, she should be the only one behind the bar. Michelle did a nice job as our server, however the food was terrible. Looks like we didn't meet your standards on the last visit
The food was great, and there were plenty of selections to choose from. The drink choices also were excellent. Our waiter seemed to be overwhelmed never stopped in after we got our food to see how we were doing and we had to flag him down three times to get our check.

Started off great with a good cesar salad then waited over 45 minutes for Prime Rib which had so much salt it was inedible. There was no empathy at all it seemed. The waiter did take it off the bill when i explained it to him. Prime Rib was ordered rare on the high side was not a melt in your mouth experience, in fact it was tough and chewy.
