****Please for the love of God do not use this company!!!***My mother and I were both moving. I first talk to a Coty and explained that it was imperative that the details and the move itself be right for my mother because she literally just lost her sister to Covid the day before. Worst company ever. I would never recommend this company. They are a complete rip off. The movers damaged my furniture, disappeared for some time during the job, and took their time to drag out the time. Went way over the estimated time when everything was packed up and ready to go. And when i called the office they was no help and argumentative. I will be reporting to the BBB and my family who are politicians in the state of Connecticut. NEVER AGAIN!!! The movers were unprofessional.Complained the entire time. Saying our items were too heavy, we didn't have ONE BOX fully packed yet. Most of our stuff is either broken, damaged or missing. They showed up over an hour early at 7 am. My fiancee tried to talk to them and they ignored her and my mother in law. I cannot begin to explain what a terrible and costly mistake it was to use this company. In summation, my experience with them was nothing short of appalling. Just to be brief, I booked a move last Saturday for the following Monday and was quoted $630. The person I booked with seemed confident that the cost would not dramatically exceed the quote, but may fluctuate moderately. Do NOT use this company!!! I had a scheduled appointment for an estimator to come to my home today. When I called him because he was late, he told me that the company never informed him of the appointment and that he was not coming. I called the owner of the Stratford Connecticut company and he said that the call center made the appointment and that there was nothing he would do. By the way both people were rude and did not want to help me.

Literally the biggest moving scam. Dispatch gives me a price... Super friendly. Then "Sam" in Norwalk ... Who acts like I'm lucky I'm utilizing his service, says.. "I don't have that in my notes" ... He literally said that 3 times to me over a week's time. I spent almost $1000 with tip to move a 1 bedroom apt... 3 floors up. They didn't even need to use a truck. If "Sam" answers the phone just hang up. He is cocky and unhelpful. I'd say more... but I'd rather not swear. How are they in business?

The wirst ever mivers. They claimed They didnt know they were supposed to pack. They didn't unpack and I was left with all the cartons. They didn't wrap my mattress, box springs or couch. As a result I have bed bugs which i never had before the move. They also got lost going to the new place and I had to find them and lead them to the new place.

The mover's themselves were very nice, however this company management is simply incompetent and/or crooked. They did a walk through (over the phone!) to determine the timing and truck space needed for the move, which they underestimated by about half, causing massive chaos with our trucking company the day of the move, and of course extra fees! They also left about 25% of our furniture for our family to move ourselves because they ran out of said truck space. They also demanded payment before finishing their work or they... read more

I live in Fairfield County in Connecticut and recently moved with All My Sons. There are so many problems with this company I do not know where to start. The bottom line - PICK ANOTHER COMPANY, STAY AWAY from this business. Jason P. came to my house and gave a low estimate that was ENTIRELY INACCURATE by thousands of dollars. It must be his job to low ball the estimate to get the business, so they can UPcharge thousands at the back end.
