AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! After the manager Mr. Bonardi changed my reservation last minute and without informing me, the movers arrived to my Cube Smart and informed me that they were changing my quoted price from around $650 to upwards of $4,000. As a result, I declined the service since this massive change in price is unfounded and unconscionable. If I could give zero stars I would. We weren't even able to use this company because their workers came in at 3pm the day of our move and were complaining about our things being more than they expected, that this is their second job of the day and don't have enough men to help, don't get paid enough, and don't have enough room in the truck. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND! Service was horrible. 5 pieces of furniture were significantly damaged. I even witnessed one of the movers drop our TV stand on the driveway and proceed to carry the furniture into the house like nothing went wrong. When I went to call in the claim, the company was not one bit apologetic for what happened. They acted like this happens all the time. It has also been over a week since I have had an update on my claim despite requesting one.

The office staff were professional and returned my calls in order to set up the move. The actual movers were 4 nice guys. While moving furniture the wood flooring was damaged in 3 places at the house we were moving from. A house that we sold. Because of the damaged floors we had to give the sellers $2000 at closing for the repairs. That was the estimate for the floor repairs. After filing a claim with All my sons we were offered $225. We used All My Sons for a move in mid-November. They showed up on time and worked quickly but to the demise of our belongings. Several items were damaged in our move. We opened a claim and over a month of waiting, were told we would be given less than $200 for over $3,500 in damages. The movers wore masks some of the time only. I would not recommend this company and will most definitely not use them again.

I cannot agree more with recent reviews. The movers were excellent very happy with the two guys that came to the house. All they needed to do was move one item from one room to another, basically they were hired because the item was too heavy for us to move. As far as the office goes, you can't trust their quotes on the phone and try to dispute them and you'll get nowhere. Our moving date was Nov. 28 this year which was recommended by PODS. The team showed up on time, 3 men. At first they were scanning my house to see what needed to be carry inside the van. I told them and pointed them each. At first it was smooth. But each time, they were about to carry something, they want me to take out the contents of the furniture , example a drawer which I already taped on to make their load lighter. Worst moving company ever. Did so much damage to my furniture it's ridiculous. I would highly recommend not using them. It was a nightmare.
