The customer service is horrible. I was moving out of a house into a small apartment. Most things was being left behind. Furniture, beds, and even a china cabinet. All we had to move was around 20 small boxes under 30 pounds, 3 office chairs, a small desk, Tv, deep freezer and clothes. I was told that it would cost 200 per hour. Worst movers by a big margin on the planet. These jokers showed up hours late then put a gash on my floor within 15 minutes of arriving which could have been prevented if they were actually professional and put down a runner. Now I have the daunting task of dealing with their claim/repair process. My biggest issue is they cause the damage and I end up dealing with their stupid processes and poor customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would - my roommate and I (both female) moved into our new apartment yesterday. And on TWO separate occasions while alone with our movers, my roommate and I were told inappropriate comments. This made for a VERY uncomfortable move and these comments were extremely unprofessional and inexcusable. I called the local office to file a complaint and we barely received an apology. I will never EVER be using this company again.

This company is absolute garbage. I booked a move 2 months in advance and they called me the morning of the move and cancelled on me. It sounds like from other reviewers that they do this A LOT. The guy who called, name was Brock, couldn't have been more unprofessional about it. He offered to reschedule the move for the next day and I asked for a discount because of the cancellation and he responded "absolutely not, I'll cancel the move, goodbye." I scheduled a month out for my move on a Saturday morning. I called to confirm the week of. They were supposed to arrive between 8 and 10 AM. They called me at 10 AM to cancel. They said they couldn't do it until Monday. I needed to be out of my apartment on Sunday. the guy who called didn't seem to care that they left me in a horrible position. DO NOT BOOK. They cancelled the morning of the move, 10 minutes before they were supposed to arrive. On top of that they lied about their reason for not coming. Absolutely do not schedule with them unless you are deliberately try to delay your move.

On 7/28/22 the Charlotte All My Sons moved our furniture to be stored at their facility until our new house was ready (3 months}. late October they delivered our furniture to our new home. Wow what a shock! Over a dozen items were severely damaged or completely destroyed. I started taking pictures and was told by the gentleman in charge that I did not need too because he was and was forwarding them to AMS. Buyer Beware. Especially the elderly. After looking at everything, Tommy gave us an estimate that was half of what they actually charged. We later found out that he often low-balls his estimates in order to win the bid. Because of this, we had to wait an extra day for a second truck, resulting in hundreds of dollars in additional unexpected hotel fees.
