Do not use this company! I have made the move from one bedroom apartment to one bedroom apartment every year for the last four years. Sadly, the company I typically use was not available, so I tried All My Sons. I called a few months before hand to get a quote and schedule my move. HIDDEN FEES!!! Literally the worst moving company I have ever used, and I've moved across the country twice and lived in 4 different states. HIDDEN FEES that were not told to me in my original quote. They tell you two days before but that's not enough time to rebook with someone new. Then my moving window was 8-10am but a driver called out sick ? When I first called All My Sons to set up my move, I was given an estimated quote. Now I do understand quotes are estimates and not always 100% accurate, the quote that I was given ended up being double the amount of time and price. I was moving out of a one bedroom apartment down the road one mile into another one bedroom apartment. I was told it was take about 3-4 hours, which the hours matter here since they are paid hourly, instead of for each move as a total. Unless you have a passion for being scammed out of your money, I would chose literally any other method to move your stuff. *This is long but it is worth the read After being quoted $515-$615, I paid a whopping $1,100 to be told by the mover that he "gets payed hourly so they are not in a huge rush" and that he was hungover from the night before. All My Sons Moving messed up our move in every way possible. The movers destroyed our stairwell (there were wheel marks on our wall), ruined furniture and tried to cover it up with packing paper, and we're on their phones most of the time. The company will lie to you just to make a reservation (tell you you don't need to use their packing supplies if you are using your own truck), tell you a great time the movers will come and are just as sweet as pie. The customer service is horrible. I was moving out of a house into a small apartment. Most things was being left behind. Furniture, beds, and even a china cabinet. All we had to move was around 20 small boxes under 30 pounds, 3 office chairs, a small desk, Tv, deep freezer and clothes. I was told that it would cost 200 per hour. So I paid my hundred dollar deposit. The next day I received a call stating that they were double booked and would have to push back my moving date. Worst movers by a big margin on the planet. These jokers showed up hours late then put a gash on my floor within 15 minutes of arriving which could have been prevented if they were actually professional and put down a runner. Now I have the daunting task of dealing with their claim/repair process. My biggest issue is they cause the damage and I end up dealing with their stupid processes and poor customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would - my roommate and I (both female) moved into our new apartment yesterday. And on TWO separate occasions while alone with our movers, my roommate and I were told inappropriate comments. This made for a VERY uncomfortable move and these comments were extremely unprofessional and inexcusable. I called the local office to file a complaint and we barely received an apology. I will never EVER be using this company again.

This company is absolute garbage. I booked a move 2 months in advance and they called me the morning of the move and cancelled on me. It sounds like from other reviewers that they do this A LOT. The guy who called, name was Brock, couldn't have been more unprofessional about it. He offered to reschedule the move for the next day and I asked for a discount because of the cancellation and he responded "absolutely not, I'll cancel the move, goodbye."
