I've used All My Sons Moving for my local moves and this past move was the best move ever! Kevin, Justin and Josh were timely, respectful and very careful. They took their time and ensured the move was incredible. I strongly recommend All My Sons and request for Kevin and his crew. You can't go wrong. .

Our move across state with a week of storage in between could not have gone better. Brendan and Dakota supported both legs of the move, and we cannot say enough about their service. Though we had everything boxed already the care the team took with wrapping and blanketing the furniture was superb. The delivery was to a storage unit, and the guys were able to set the space up exactly as we requested so we can access the boxes before the furniture. We lived on the 3rd floor no elevator. The crew was good. We had 4 guys. They wrapped all furniture, and mattresses. Took 3 hours longer than quoted, and was not aware of the packaging material fee. Originally told 4-5 hours top. Charged us a hour before they got to apartment- they loaded truck with supplies. 8hrs total. Unloading we had a few mishaps- damaged a wooden step in the entry way. The company was pretty easy to get in contact with and had fair prices from what I found. The crew showed up on time and we're pretty efficient. They worked hard through the summer heat and had good attitudes. A few minor damages to furniture but no major issues.

My experience was the following: I was in a stuck situation, and spoke to David on the phone to see if All My Sons could help me out. I was really in a bad situation. A **different** moving company had not confirmed, was late, and the office was not answering calls (I tried calling around 5 times in an hour, noone was answering, and the message said the voicemail was full). The crew was nice and polite. They showed up on time and the office kept in touch with me. I did not have someone come to my house and give me and estimate which the supervisor advised me I should have when I complained about how long it took. This bothered me as I did get an estimate over the phone based on what was being moved, and the move cost twice as much as expected. It was obvious I was paying by the hour as there was no one working briskly. They took their sweet time.

I spoke with one of the managers after posting my complaint and receiving a "Contact Customer Service" message. He was very nice and asked what he could do to make my experience better. We discussed my problem with the cost and feeling like they were not upfront about their charges. He explained his side and we came to an agreement of a partial refund. I appreciate his willingness to want to fix the problem. I've learned that next time I hire movers, I won't assume things and I will ask for a list of charges upfront so there... read more

The two men that arrived to do the actual moving couldn't have been nicer. Daniel and Nico had us loaded, moved, and unloaded amazingly fast. They quickly readied all the furniture for travel and very carefully placed it in the truck. They took no breaks from start to finish, and were just really courteous, clean, hard-working guys in general.
