AVOID AT ALL COSTS: USE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES!!! The fact that I even have to give a single star on this review makes me sick. My girlfriend had to move out of her apartment and had no choice but to use a moving company to facilitate the move. We have completed 7 major moves over the years and this far and away was the worst move we have ever had. It was completely disorganized and there was no sense of urgency. We told them that the move was to transport large furniture, there was no packing involved yet the crew they sent was not appropriate for that activity. I just spoke with a very rude representative. He couldn't answer why our original quote went up from $159.00 to $179.00/hr for the same day. He just kept repeating the answer and talked down to me when I alerted him that he didn't answer my question. I don't recommend this moving company as moving is stressful enough without having to deal with a bad attitude from a busy that is supposed to a great help.

I used all my son moving in April 2021. On or around the 17th of the month I had a salesman come and make an assessment of my personal items. He did a fairly good job of reviewing everything in my home and at the end of the appointment he told me what the job would be and that everything that was that would be doing is based on weight and he told me my stuff was around 6000 pounds so it was going to cost me I believe at the time was about $2700. We used this Company to move us 2.7 miles (Door to Door) and the number of items that were broken by this move is unspeakable. Many of our collectibles were broken and beyond repair. We had marked each box of where is was to be placed. That was a waste of our time, they were placed where it was easy for them. The first day they charged us for overtime, they wouldn't have to charge overtime if the worked the way they did to unload. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. they did a terrible job and were very disrespectful. We had them move in furniture into our new house and we found a bunch of places were they scraped the wall. they also lost or didn't bring a bunch of the nails for the beds. They also damaged some of our furnitur. And lastly they stole some jewelry from us but the worst part is they went through our bags to get that jewelry. Never hire them.

save your money. unprofessional. they don't inventory anything. they advertise they have storage. they don't. they lost a very important electrical wire for my sofa. they said they would replace it. haven't. i'm not happy.

There were 3 guys that showed up to move us. One stayed in the house and wrapped EVERYTHING, one stayed on the truck, and the third guy ran his tail off. Me, my wife, and my daughter worked so hard trying to help. We would have been so much better off getting a couple local kid to help us. This was absolutely the hardest move we've ever done. Then they gave us the bill! It was double the quote, after we had worked so hard to help them. I'll never use these crooks again!

I will not use them again. I was told that the price of the fuel was already included in the hourly rate but when I received my receipt I noticed that I was charged $100 EXTRA for fuel. I ended up paying $845 to move a small 2 bd apartment that was only 5 minutes away from my new apartment. I should have used a different moving company because this company definitely has other hidden fees as well!!
