ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. they did a terrible job and were very disrespectful. We had them move in furniture into our new house and we found a bunch of places were they scraped the wall. they also lost or didn't bring a bunch of the nails for the beds. They also damaged some of our furnitur. And lastly they stole some jewelry from us but the worst part is they went through our bags to get that jewelry. Never hire them.
save your money. unprofessional. they don't inventory anything. they advertise they have storage. they don't. they lost a very important electrical wire for my sofa. they said they would replace it. haven't. i'm not happy.
There were 3 guys that showed up to move us. One stayed in the house and wrapped EVERYTHING, one stayed on the truck, and the third guy ran his tail off. Me, my wife, and my daughter worked so hard trying to help. We would have been so much better off getting a couple local kid to help us. This was absolutely the hardest move we've ever done. Then they gave us the bill! It was double the quote, after we had worked so hard to help them. I'll never use these crooks again!
I will not use them again. I was told that the price of the fuel was already included in the hourly rate but when I received my receipt I noticed that I was charged $100 EXTRA for fuel. I ended up paying $845 to move a small 2 bd apartment that was only 5 minutes away from my new apartment. I should have used a different moving company because this company definitely has other hidden fees as well!!
We used All My Sons for a small (down the street) move. The quote was about the same as the other companies and they had the date we wanted so we went with them. The driver tried to have us pay more because it took longer than expected and the weather wasn't good (truly!). We had some new furniture damaged and the reimbursement was about 10% of the value...definitely buy extra insurance!! Crew was friendly and courteous...but not experienced.
My girlfriend received a quote from All My Sons to move both of our 2 BR apartments from Kodak and Sevierville, TN into one new apartment in downtown Knoxville, TN, since we decided to get a place together. They quoted us between $700 to $1000, giving us that range of cost expectation, over the phone and took a $100 deposit from her, so we decided that we would use these movers. They didn't bring the size truck that was quoted. They damaged my floor, they damaged my furniture, they cussed me. Told me I had to rent a uhaul to finish getting my stuff. I had to give away a lot of stuff. They wanted to charge me 600.00 for driving the rented uhaul. When they showed up at the new place they locked my stuff and held it. Unprofessional, disrespectful, abysmal customer service. We never actually got to the move because they tried to increase our price 2 days before our move via email after my calling repetitively because we changed our service to fewer moving needs. When I told them to explain how our move was going to cost $300 more when we were getting our own Penske trucks instead of using theirs, had everything packed and just needed it put on trucks and they weren't even going to be able to unload for 3 days after our move; all I got ... read more
I wish there was a way to leave a minus star review. DO NOT use this company. I hired them to move items across town to our new house. Not only did they gauge the walls in both houses, they did terrible damage to my piano. Their website says their staff are all well trained.....NOT. My husband and I had to direct them in order to get certain items through doorways. One of the employees said it was his first day. I would have been better off asking friends to help.
