Unprofessional, was told they would be at my house at 9am to give me a quote, Just to get a phone call at 9:30 without seeing my house and gave a quote. Cleared my calendar for nothing.
Low quotes are great but then they charge fees for things you don’t approve. $400 estimate turned into almost $800 and they wouldn’t unload my furniture until I paid the bill.
RecommendedWorst experience ever with a company! 1) only 2 out of 3 workers actually carried anything over 5 pounds and one of other workers was so out of shape (or lazy) she sat down a few times each hour 2) dropped several boxes. 3) cussed frequently. 4) knocked into chandelier roughly with things at both homes. 5) required constant direction to take things upstairs as kept putting stuff downstairs even after being told it went upstairs only a couple of minutes before. 6) they took several smoke breaks with 1st one after 40 minutes... read more
If you are looking for broken belongings, missing items, needing to rent a u-haul to complete the job that these guys were hired to do, and damaged property look no further! Brand new furniture, a computer (not even packed in paper), wine towers, many glass collectibles all broken or damaged In our Knoxville move. Terrible customer service from the office, bad estimates. I will never recommend or use this company again. I called at the beginning of June to schedule a move for June 30th. I explained we would be having two closings that day and would need them to work around that. They said it would be no problem. They quoted me $179 an hour for three guys to move my 1273 sq foot house. They estimated 2 hour load time and 2 hour unload time, 1 hour of travel, plus the fuel surcharge. If you are looking for broken personal belongings, missing items, needing to rent a u-haul to complete the job that these guys were hired to do, and damaged property look no further! Antique headboard, table saw, walls and floors were damaged during our Knoxville move. A box of china was dropped, and other things are missing. The company offered $300, but the damage they did totalled over $1000. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I had a move scheduled for 5/24 with the Roswell location and these people called me the MORNING OF and asked what they were moving after I had described the items in exact detail (dimensions and weight) weeks before. They then ABANDONED THE JOB THE DAY OF.
all those who have been wronged by All my sons movers contact me by e-mail I believe a class action suit may be in order. I have been wronged as I see many of you have with similar issues.They are a dishonest company!!!
Horrible. Broke, damaged, cussed me, and didn’t bring a truck big enough to move my stuff. They came in took inventory and said they had a truck big enough for all my stuff. Well they said the truck was at weight limit. And was only half full. Said I had to rent a uhaul to get the rest of my stuff. And for 600.00 they would drive it to new place.
