The knowledge that you Do Not have storage in Knoxville area . Wasted my time on hold fir 10 minutes just to say - you do not have storage units in knoxville

Please read this if you are considering using All My Sons for your move. We used All My Sons Moving Company located on Lovell Rd in Knoxville, TN in early March 2025. During the move, they damaged the home we were moving from (denting walls, and scratching the front door in several areas), broke legs and scratched most of our furniture, and also stole several boxes from us containing our gaming systems (we stupidly labeled the boxes with the contents to be able to locate them after the move). I gave a one star review only because there's no availability to give no stars. The workers that came to do my move were awesome, but the company has no clue how to operate a moving business. they did not come out to do an estimate. They just guessed it ended up being a disaster. The crew did not have time to pack up the kitchen which we ordered, and they did not have enough room on the truck to take all our belongings, we had to find another company last minute the following day to get the rest of our items. this caused a... read more

Believe these bad reviews. Worst experience we've ever had with a moving company. Overcharged and under delivered. Take your business elsewhere or you will regret it.

Hired company to move items 50 mi to a 10x10 storage unit. i waited 45 min on truck at destination bc they stopped to eat on my dime. i was charged for multiple packing supplies unused. They refused to unload unless full amount paid. My husband was quoted $750 and at the destination it was $1500. The office refused to negotiate. I do not recommend using this company in Knoxville!

One large moving bag with winter clothing and kitchen and other supplies stolen/lost. For a disabled, senior citizen on a fixed income it will take some time to replace items. The only thing I can say is if the person who tool them were that desperate for my stuff and feel at peace with what they done, I guess they can keep it

RUN don't walk away from All My Sons! We paid for the additional insurance and now they are refusing to honor the contract , despite providing them with the damage documentation required. Instead they send you a docusign with a random dollar amount that is nowhere near the replacement value. I was wrong to believe this is a reputable company.

I am not joking when I say this, but please never use this company. I have never been more displeased with a hired company. Me and my buddy were moving out of an apartment. We lived roughly 8 minutes away from where we were moving. We each do not have many items, mainly a bed, small cough, small desk, dresser, and several boxes. We expected this move to take no longer than 6-8 hours. Well, we were sadly mistaken. 12 hours later the 2 moving guys were still going. Over paid, in state move 1 bedroom, and living room suite 2300$. Was quoted 1100$, was not expecting to pay over double in the end. The two young men were very kind tho
