I spoke with one of the managers after posting my complaint and receiving a "Contact Customer Service" message. He was very nice and asked what he could do to make my experience better. We discussed my problem with the cost and feeling like they were not upfront about their charges. He explained his side and we came to an agreement of a partial refund. I appreciate his willingness to want to fix the problem. I've learned that next time I hire movers, I won't assume things and I will ask for a list of charges upfront so there... read more

The two men that arrived to do the actual moving couldn't have been nicer. Daniel and Nico had us loaded, moved, and unloaded amazingly fast. They quickly readied all the furniture for travel and very carefully placed it in the truck. They took no breaks from start to finish, and were just really courteous, clean, hard-working guys in general. The 3 guys sent to move us almost 2 weeks ago were awesome! They were very professional and hard working. It definitely took away some of the stress from our moving day!!

UPDATE: The owner contacted me the day after this review hit the net to find out what he could do to make it right. He said he would like us to be a customer for life. As a result, he sent a two man team, Santana and Larry, to come clean up the mess left from the day before. All furnishings are now in proper place. We still do not have a receipt for the money paid. I was very hesitant to hire movers because of the hade made furniture I own, but knowing I couldn't move alone, I started researching online. From the first time I spoke with Jensen, I felt good about my choice. Chris and Shea arrived on time the morning if the move, were extremely friendly and professional and took care of my belongings. I used All My Sons to move my heavy furniture from Knoxville to Oak Ridge. They are decently priced. Each item was wrapped in furniture cloth and then plastic. It took a while to wrap everything but the furniture was not damaged in the move, so it was worth it. I did notice a gouge in my staircase after they had left which they did not tell me about. Annoying yes, but the job overall was satisfactory.

They sent 3-20 something's that threw trash ALL OVER my home wrapping furniture. Overcharged because they took WAY TOO LONG to load the truck. Then held our houseful of furniture for RANSOM!!!!, to move it 2 miles into a storage unit. Then they didn't even pack the unit from the back forward. They left a huge hole behind the furniture. Just blank space. Pay or what? I went and had a meeting with the manager and point blank asked him if this is how he would treat his mother? No answer. Sorry fo
