UPDATE: The owner contacted me the day after this review hit the net to find out what he could do to make it right. He said he would like us to be a customer for life. As a result, he sent a two man team, Santana and Larry, to come clean up the mess left from the day before. All furnishings are now in proper place. We still do not have a receipt for the money paid. I was very hesitant to hire movers because of the hade made furniture I own, but knowing I couldn't move alone, I started researching online. From the first time I spoke with Jensen, I felt good about my choice. Chris and Shea arrived on time the morning if the move, were extremely friendly and professional and took care of my belongings. I used All My Sons to move my heavy furniture from Knoxville to Oak Ridge. They are decently priced. Each item was wrapped in furniture cloth and then plastic. It took a while to wrap everything but the furniture was not damaged in the move, so it was worth it. I did notice a gouge in my staircase after they had left which they did not tell me about. Annoying yes, but the job overall was satisfactory.

Contacted by 3, first can't agree to time, hides until after deposit. Contract miles long even after truck arrives. Way too High to move a couch, washer/dryer TV and small cabinet. $400 and better check to see if I got my deposit back. Run from them!!!! Terrible!

This company is not a reputable company they do by the truck not by your actual inventory this past Friday I moved from Knoxville Tennessee to Lexington Kentucky. This company came Friday when they got there was told that the truck was too small. They started loading three hours in. They told me that they had one more hour of loading that they had to get this job done in 14 hours and they needed to get back to Knoxville All the while vaping and doing drugs in my house. Everything could improve! Worst move of our lives because of these crooks. Kept our furniture hostage on their truck until we'd paid the whole bill then broke or warped everything we had. NEVER USE THEM!!!!!!

After booking this company, they were late which was communicated and understood . Multiple pieces of furniture were scratched doorways and Floors . I reviewed the company on Google after my husband reached out trying to get them to make this right . The company asked me to contact them and I have yet to hear back from the company at this point . I will never use this company again . Do not make the same mistake as me .

If you're dreaming of a move filled with chaos, disrespect, and surprise charges--look no further than All My Sons! From the moment their movers showed up vaping in my home, attitude-first, I knew I was in for a treat. They lost items (including a PS4 and other electronics! Seriously if you want a truck in your in your driveway without being lied to you I would highly suggest you don't call this company. They lied to me and they got me in one heck of a jam. I do not have time to find a moving company if they called me and told me I have to get a storage facility and provide them with an address before they could dispatch a truck to me not this was after they got my money after I was told my stuff was gonna be packed up professionally safeguarded put in a plywood container that keep roaches out ... read more
