I spoke with one of the managers after posting my complaint and receiving a "Contact Customer Service" message. He was very nice and asked what he could do to make my experience better. We discussed my problem with the cost and feeling like they were not upfront about their charges. He explained his side and we came to an agreement of a partial refund. I appreciate his willingness to want to fix the problem. I've learned that next time I hire movers, I won't assume things and I will ask for a list of charges upfront so there... read more

The two men that arrived to do the actual moving couldn't have been nicer. Daniel and Nico had us loaded, moved, and unloaded amazingly fast. They quickly readied all the furniture for travel and very carefully placed it in the truck. They took no breaks from start to finish, and were just really courteous, clean, hard-working guys in general. UPDATE: The owner contacted me the day after this review hit the net to find out what he could do to make it right. He said he would like us to be a customer for life. As a result, he sent a two man team, Santana and Larry, to come clean up the mess left from the day before. All furnishings are now in proper place. We still do not have a receipt for the money paid. I was very hesitant to hire movers because of the hade made furniture I own, but knowing I couldn't move alone, I started researching online. From the first time I spoke with Jensen, I felt good about my choice. Chris and Shea arrived on time the morning if the move, were extremely friendly and professional and took care of my belongings. I used All My Sons to move my heavy furniture from Knoxville to Oak Ridge. They are decently priced. Each item was wrapped in furniture cloth and then plastic. It took a while to wrap everything but the furniture was not damaged in the move, so it was worth it. I did notice a gouge in my staircase after they had left which they did not tell me about. Annoying yes, but the job overall was satisfactory.

I hired All My Sons Moving & Storage of Knoxville for a short local move on September 23, 2026, and I regret it. The crew was polite but slow, and from what I saw they were not qualified to move a piano. They told us they put our upright piano on a dolly without straps. It arrived with the entire pedal assembly broken off, and it's a total loss. A desk was also snapped in half. We traveled 6.5 hours across state borders for this move, and this company was not lenient at all with our travel window. Despite making zero accommodations for our tight travel timeline, they had no problem tacking on fraudulent fees at the end. In terms of actually moving our stuff, the service was ok. My husband had to talk to one of the movers because he was taking his sweet time, but afterwards everything was moved pretty quickly.
