They were over 24 hours late, did not send extra help as promised, charged mr $400 extra dollars and did not tell me, did not subtract my deposit, did not go by THEIR CONTRACT, did not and will not move the remainder of my items, and will not give me any of my money back. I have contacted BBB, WATE, and social media. This is ridiculous.

HORRIBLE! BEWARE! THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SENIORS! I have had contact with this unethical company twice and both times it was an expensive, nightmare. The first time I encountered All my Sons Moving I owned a rental property and the movers are prohibited from installing washers and dryers. It is a company policy. However the movers took cash from the tenant and improperly installed the washer. They damaged the line and it caused a leak that turned into a mold problem. All My Sons Moving and Storage of Knoxville should be avoided at all cost. On 11/15/2019 we received a quote from Ron Williams of All My Sons. The quote was to move us from Gatlinburg to Hebron, Ky. Ron came to our home and stayed for an hour looking at all of our furniture and stating how he was going to use his own crew to move us. Please don't make our same mistake by using this company. When it came to moving my parents I called 3 companies to give them quotes on total moving packages. All 3 companies provided similar estimates (I have attached photos of the AMS original quote and the Fox Moving quote for reference). While I encouraged my parents to go with the lowest cost option due to the overall cost, my parents chose to go with AMS due to their experience with Danny, the estimator. They low ball the estimate to get your business. Showed up three hours late and one mover short of what was promised. After loading everything onto their truck and getting too my new home, they hand me a cell phone to talk to their boss. He proceeds to try and get to pay three times my estimate and if you don't pay they drive off with all your belongs. They are thieves and lairs. Ended up paying twice what was estimated. The movers themselves apologized continually for their companies business practices. Do not use them.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We had a move scheduled for Wednesday morning. We have Text messages from David H. of All My Sons confirming that "everything is set" for the move. We moved furniture via U-haul from Atlanta to Sevierville for AMS***S to move into a house there. We had a Friday morning move scheduled. Movers showed up on time and moved my daughter into her new apartment. When we discovered one box with valuable materials in it had not been delivered we contacted All My Sons. It was a simple move from one location to another. The box had to have been left on the truck. The managers gave us conflicting stories on what had happened and eventually said there was nothing they could do. They quit returning our calls. Stay away! They will tell you one price then not honor it. They will steal your stuff as well. We had 4 movers in October that stole my sons piggy bank! I called the manager only to never receive a call back. DO NOT USE THEM.

They totally slacked and took 5 hours to load a 2 bedroom townhouse. The total was twice what I was quoted. When I pressed them about how long it was taking, they smarted off and acted like we were holding things up. They took 2 hours wrapping pictures and mirrors with cardboard and tape that I always move by throwing blankets or towels over them. They charged me for all the supplies they used.
