Please don't make our same mistake by using this company. When it came to moving my parents I called 3 companies to give them quotes on total moving packages. All 3 companies provided similar estimates (I have attached photos of the AMS original quote and the Fox Moving quote for reference). While I encouraged my parents to go with the lowest cost option due to the overall cost, my parents chose to go with AMS due to their experience with Danny, the estimator. They low ball the estimate to get your business. Showed up three hours late and one mover short of what was promised. After loading everything onto their truck and getting too my new home, they hand me a cell phone to talk to their boss. He proceeds to try and get to pay three times my estimate and if you don't pay they drive off with all your belongs. They are thieves and lairs. Ended up paying twice what was estimated. The movers themselves apologized continually for their companies business practices. Do not use them.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We had a move scheduled for Wednesday morning. We have Text messages from David H. of All My Sons confirming that "everything is set" for the move. We moved furniture via U-haul from Atlanta to Sevierville for AMS***S to move into a house there. We had a Friday morning move scheduled. Movers showed up on time and moved my daughter into her new apartment. When we discovered one box with valuable materials in it had not been delivered we contacted All My Sons. It was a simple move from one location to another. The box had to have been left on the truck. The managers gave us conflicting stories on what had happened and eventually said there was nothing they could do. They quit returning our calls. Stay away! They will tell you one price then not honor it. They will steal your stuff as well. We had 4 movers in October that stole my sons piggy bank! I called the manager only to never receive a call back. DO NOT USE THEM.

They totally slacked and took 5 hours to load a 2 bedroom townhouse. The total was twice what I was quoted. When I pressed them about how long it was taking, they smarted off and acted like we were holding things up. They took 2 hours wrapping pictures and mirrors with cardboard and tape that I always move by throwing blankets or towels over them. They charged me for all the supplies they used. We had a Saturday move scheduled for 9am. No one showed. We called & were told they would call the crew & would call us back in 30 minutes. We called again & were told the same thing. This went on until 2pm when someone told us we weren't scheduled until the afternoon, & the crew wasn't late. Terrible. They lie to snd dont care. They say the job will take 3 hrs. It ends up being 5-6. They charge you 2x as much qouted and they dont care. 3 guys came out but only 2 worked for 3 1/2 hrs at one location; I was told this would be the entire job time 3hrs, it took 6. 3 man rate is 129.00 so they charge me the 2 man rate 109.00 wow that doesnt equate.For the last 3 hrs they had a 3rd man but now its running overtime. I would never, ever want to hear the name of this company again. Pretty much scamming!!! Disgraceful!!!

I would give it a 0 if I could, My family used this despicable company last August for an out of state move, horrible helpers, not enough supplies, took 8 hours longer than expected, left belongings in old house and then when they arrived at new house discovered several items missing and an heirloom bed one of the legs was completely broken off! This move was over $7000!!!! They only offered us a fraction of what it will now cost to fix this bed. I don't know how they have stayed in business as long as they have....be fore... read more
