Was quoted for one price, to end up paying $300 more than was planned for. When I called customer to ask why they just seemed to not to care. They only adjusted the end time because it was off. Like we’re in a middle of a pandemic where everyone’s money is tight and they think it’s okay to rip people off and not give a clear idea of what we’re paying at the end. Then the movers were complaining about the job they were PAID to do. I wouldn’t use this company unless you feel like you have tons of cash to burn through

Strongly advise that you avoid this company! I have moved numerous times and never damaged a single item. These movers managed to break several thousand dollars worth of furniture... put holes in multiple walls and ceiling... scratch the floors ... and the list goes on and on... their compensation for all this damage was laughable and a spit in our faces... we had to replace our bedroom suite , book shelf and table because of this company ... we should’ve just moved ourselves ... Beware!!!!
Never used this business for moving however, one of their trucks driver/passenger decided it was appropriate to scream, yell, honk and bark at my family while driving past our home. Definitely NOT professional or respectful...

After getting several quotes for moving, we choose this company (slightly more expensive) because they were supposed to lay down runners and cover doors frames and banisters to prevent damage and dirt. I had mentioned on 3 occasions prior to the move that I was packing but may need some things packed the day of the move. I was reassured they would have everything they needed to pack and move us. Awful experience. Damage done to a number of pieces of furniture with no sympathy or settlement. Roughly $8,000.00 in damage and offered us $200.00. Careless reckless workers.
MONEY HUNGRY AND LAZY, THEY DON’T HONOR THEIR OWN AGREEMENTS.
