I can't say anything positive about this "company". They are not professional at all. They will not wrap/protect your furniture properly and you will have lots of damage. Good luck with trying to get compensation for all the damage. (45+ year old antique, mint condition, family heirloom, pieces) They will give you the run around and offer you a few hundred dollars "to fix" your items. It's a complete joke and a scam. Horrible company! My ring camera picked up Brandon calling me a B***h . Nasty mouths and Alan was an unpleasant hard to deal with employee! I don't recommend this company to move chicken coops
I was extremely disappointed in AMS. My husband saw rave reviews on Google and they Quotes us significantly lower than the other companies available this weekend. Well when they first arrived and started going over the paperwork they said the rate was $239/hr this was significantly more than the $169/hr quoted when we booked. would give them a zero rating if I could. quotes me 3 movers( 3 showed to empty 2 10x15 units. took 46 minutes to empty one but then 1 mover quit and the remaining 2 took over 8 hours to empty 2nd unit and bring 5minutes to my house. Veronica with All My Sons Moving Company quoted me a price of $181 per hour with $100 down. They called me the day of, to tell me a guy had a family emergency & they would get someone there but no time frame. 4 guys showed up. You can hear them banging things around, but by then I was just happy to be moving. Moved 2 bedroom apartment, into another 2 bedroom & less than 10 miles away. Do not trust All My Sons with your moving needs We went with All My Sons for an in-town (less than 20-mile move). They provided a brag book of how careful their guys are, and they would be with us "every step of the way." Neither could be further from the truth. We find new and exciting ways they have damaged our stuff every day since our move. Avoid this business!! We live in Farragut, but the movers had to come up from the Chattanooga location. We had Dana, Joe, and Jaquan as our movers. We had a large move from a large 3 bedroom apartment to a house just 2 miles down the road. The movers showed up on time, however their boss (apparently) told them that it would take them a total of 2 hours to complete our move so they did not show up prepared at all. DO NOT USE! Scheduled well in advance, paid a deposit, and even confirmed the move the day before. The day of the move received a call that they had to cancel or reschedule our move. Rescheduling was not an option as we had a deadline to vacate the property for the next tenants. Horrible business practice!
