RecommendedThey were very professional. Courteous, efficient & handled all my belongings with care. Richard, David. Randy & Hunter were the best. They knew what to do & were quick I would absolutely tell anyone to use them for your move All costs & times are given to you upfront. They will make sure you understand what they are charging you fit & why. Plus they have options you can choose to make your move more productive
The movers were professional, but did not do everything as I was told it would be. The doors were nor padded and no one wore a mask. I noticed after unpacking that some furniture pieces had knife marks where they sliced to get the padding off. I suggest they be more careful . Also I was surprised that after the move there was no survey or contact to see how the move went.
They are the best, and very polite. I would highly recommend them.
These people are the worst, go elsewhere for moving, packing needs. There are more unsatisfied customers than satisfied. If they cause any damages to your home or furniture they refuse to pay claims. -5 stars they should not be in the service industry! Check out Facebook groups that are coming together to fight for their rights.
This company and its manager, Adam is very dishonest. Their pricing sounds cheaper compared to others but they have several hidden fees. In fact, you end up paying more due to these fees that are not disclosed upon hiring. Also, Adam (manager) does not appear to care about his customers…only tells you what he is not able to do. What should have been a very happy occasion was instead a very poor experience thanks to this company. Will NEVER use again and strongly recommend that you don’t either.
Quoted $3600 and now charging $7000. Unprofessional is an understatement.
Worst moving company ever. This was a simple move, one bedroom, living room and kitchen and it took the two lazy techs over 8 hours (only 20 miles between locations). I had to help carry stuff to the truck as the kept resting. They completely broke the legs off of one piece of furniture and damaged all of my other pieces that are only a year old. We called All My Sons Moving a couple of days after we accepted an offer on our house to get a quote. They came and walked through the entire house and determined how many men and how many trucks would be needed. We went ahead and scheduled with them because they seemed reasonable. Fast forward to today, moving day, they brought two trucks and probably 8-10 guys. Made an appointment in July for a September move. Paid a deposit. They did call a couple days prior to confirm we needed them and that they would be there between 8am and 10am. Day of move, NO CALL AND NO SHOW!! We called that afternoon around 4pm and we’re told, ”the movers are finishing up another job and are going to get something to eat and will call when they are heading your way”. AGAIN NO CALL, NO SHOW. DO NOT SUGGEST TRYING USE THESE MOVERS, they are a no show! Now we have to try getting our deposit back.
