Do not trust All My Sons with your moving needs We went with All My Sons for an in-town (less than 20-mile move). They provided a brag book of how careful their guys are, and they would be with us "every step of the way." Neither could be further from the truth. We find new and exciting ways they have damaged our stuff every day since our move. Avoid this business!! We live in Farragut, but the movers had to come up from the Chattanooga location. We had Dana, Joe, and Jaquan as our movers. We had a large move from a large 3 bedroom apartment to a house just 2 miles down the road. The movers showed up on time, however their boss (apparently) told them that it would take them a total of 2 hours to complete our move so they did not show up prepared at all. DO NOT USE! Scheduled well in advance, paid a deposit, and even confirmed the move the day before. The day of the move received a call that they had to cancel or reschedule our move. Rescheduling was not an option as we had a deadline to vacate the property for the next tenants. Horrible business practice!

Worst of the worst Worst of the worst. BEWARE. Just moved around the corner in Maryville, TN. I have my own company and would never not follow through with a problem a customer was having with work that was performed by me. This is absolutely the biggest fraud of a company I have ever seen. Chase was our sales person and would not follow up on damages. Took our door off and couldn't get it to line back up. Had to pay someone to come and fix their problem. AVOID AT ALL COSTS: USE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES!!! The fact that I even have to give a single star on this review makes me sick. My girlfriend had to move out of her apartment and had no choice but to use a moving company to facilitate the move. The only moving company that was available at the time was All My Son's Moving and I now understand why they were the only company available. We have completed 7 major moves over the years and this far and away was the worst move we have ever had. It was completely disorganized and there was no sense of urgency. We told them that the move was to transport large furniture, there was no packing involved yet the crew they sent was not appropriate for that activity. The moving cost was very significant compared to the work actually preformed. I just spoke with a very rude representative. He couldn't answer why our original quote went up from $159.00 to $179.00/hr for the same day. He just kept repeating the answer and talked down to me when I alerted him that he didn't answer my question. I don't recommend this moving company as moving is stressful enough without having to deal with a bad attitude from a busy that is supposed to a great help.

I used all my son moving in April 2021. On or around the 17th of the month I had a salesman come and make an assessment of my personal items. He did a fairly good job of reviewing everything in my home and at the end of the appointment he told me what the job would be and that everything that was that would be doing is based on weight and he told me my stuff was around 6000 pounds so it was going to cost me I believe at the time was about $2700. We used this Company to move us 2.7 miles (Door to Door) and the number of items that were broken by this move is unspeakable. Many of our collectibles were broken and beyond repair. We had marked each box of where is was to be placed. That was a waste of our time, they were placed where it was easy for them. The first day they charged us for overtime, they wouldn't have to charge overtime if the worked the way they did to unload.
