First off had a service issue 2yrs after purchase. Allstate took care of it immediately. 2 yrs later had the same service issue, again it was scheduled for repair. Tech arrived for repair, however only 1 spring of the 4 required were shipped. He made a call and said the new parts would be shipped. The insurance agent said all I had to do was return the item to the store(office chair) and they would take care of the rest. Walmart wanted a UPC label or something identifying the chair specifically. There was nothing like that attached to the chair. They eventually accepted it and processed the return. Thank goodness.
The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and explained the problem well. He fixed the problem quickly. I took away one star because they we had a schedule on one day that they never showed up to and never contacted us telling us they would not be there. They emailed and set up another appt and showed up and fixed the problem.
Thanks to Ameem the process went quick and easy. I have ALLstate protection plans on all my purchases that need protection. Thank you for quick and easy process

The Process to file an Allstate's claim was Easy with Noora's Step by Step information. A rapid response email stated that My claim was Approved within minutes! The next day I received an email informing me that I may choose a new Microwave from three choices. I made a choice but did not know how to proceed. Again Noora led me to reply to the email.
