We were unable to travel due to my wife's illness. Our claim was approved. However, there have been mixed signals in terms of how to get our money. I've been told on the phone by agents that checks have been mailed, yet simultaneously I receive emails telling me to make a choice on how to receive out funds, yet we're not allowed to log in. The bottom line is after several weeks we have still not received our funds. So, not happy.
