Customer service made my claim very easy and quick love the way they treat me and the way they solve my claim.
My top of the line sony led tv died in 3 years. They asked for pictures of what the tv was doing when turned on. Sent pics of a black and gray clouded screen. They immediately asked what I wanted. I asked for something of same quality. The agreed to replace it with a top model from Samsung. Tv arrived a week later!
I had my doubts about filing a claim, but the process was very easy and customer service helped me through the whole process of filing the claim as well. Communication was great and even helped me find a replacement closest to my original product. Received it sooner than expected as well. I definitely would recommend Allstate Protection to anyone, family and friends.

So glad we had this plan when our dryer had an issue. Over the phone they helped me diagnose the issue and get a local company scheduled to service the machine. When there was a need for two visits because of further parts needed when the technician diagnosed the issue I appreciate that Allstate’s system kept track of things so I didn’t have to manage all the details of ordering parts and more.
I've use protection plans twice, both times went fairly well, first time was on a 75 inch visio tv, that had a technician come to the house to try to repair it, that didn't work out, ended up having a new tv mailed to us, second time was a dehumidifier that stopped working, allstate protection plan just refunded my money for the product.

I was offered a refund for two smart watches I had purchased, instead of repair or replacement, either of which I would have preferred. Due to the inability to connect both watches, I suspect that they were outdated less than a year from purchase date, and would have had to be replaced, so it was cheaper for Allstate to refund the discounted purchase price than to replace the items at a higher price. I was disappointed with the smart watches, as well as with both the manufacturer’s warranty and with Allstate.
