My GE range was beyond repair. They had the tech to do its magic, but wasn’t able to do enough. I did my review and then customer service decided to give me back my money. Received my gift card within two days and browsing for a new one. Thank you so much.
I had scratches on my lenses sent them a picture of them and they refunded me the price of the lenses

It was a easy process the customer service agent was very nice and worked effectively to ensure my replacement was able to get delivered
My TV went out after a power outage, called the allstate protection plan team and right away after a couple of tests that I did to my TV and still didn't work, allstate team right away reacted to getting me a replacement TV. Very satisfied with their seevice.
My daughter's Oculus quest S went black after 2 years and they gave me a full reimbursement.
My Frigidaire dehumidifier purchased from Home Depot failed. I took it to Home Depot but was told I would have to mail it to Allstate since Allstate carried the extended warranty. We drove to a Fedex location as instructed but their computer system was down so we had to drive across town to a Fedex facility that had a working computer. Samsung TV bombed after just 18 months or so (wouldn’t power on) - no worries I had the 3 year extended warranty from Allstate via COSTCO. Allstate reps asked a lot of questions and had me try lots of things - but in the end they came through with a delivery from Best Buy (that felt weird given OG purchase was from CostCo).
