Fast and easy service. And friendly
Fast response to initial filing of claim. Phone sent to them and they issued a check the next day. Check arrived in 2 days and I purchased a new phone. Great service.
After 3 repairs, they are refunding the price we paid for the refrigerator to buy a new one.
From the time I filed the claim to the time of repairs was fast. We were back up and running in about a week. Filing the claim was easy and only took a couple of days to be approved once everything was submitted. The parts were shipped quickly and the repair technician was able to complete the repairs when promised.
The washer is working today, I'm on load 5 and the spin cycle is working! Thanks.
From start to finish this whole process was easy to complete. Very good company to deal with.
Technical was very knowledgeable and was open to questions about the product.

I wasn't very happy with first dealing with Allstate but when they connected me with the Mr. Appliance Company that replaced my ice maker things were great and the repairman Justin Thomson was great!!
