We had an issue with my daughter’s electric scooter. We tried to troubleshoot at home and then with an agent from Allstate and came to a conclusion that it would not work properly. The agent then explained how the process to get a replacement would work and to look out for the email and follow through with the process. It was supposed to take up to 10 days to have the replacement scooter and we were pleasantly surprised when the scooter arrived in 3 days. The overall experience was positive. we had to mail the computer to the service center for them to determine the course of action. The negative issue was that it took several weeks for them to determine that the computer was unrepairable. Fortunately, we were able to utilize a friend's spare computer while we waited to hear back.

I was pleased, with the way my claim was handled by Allstate Protection plan.
It's so nice that my refrigerator warranty includes coverage of maintenance items such as the water filter. Its easy to fill out the claim form and I'm usually reimbursed that same day for 1/2 the cost of the water filter. Excellent program.
Prompt action on claims so pretty satisfied
Laptop was still under warranty and would not turn on. Allstate allowed me to attempt to get it repaired locally. Local (excellent) repair shop could not get parts. I sent the laptop to Allstate to diagnose, and they could not fix it either, so they issued me a reimbursement check. At every step, Allstate's service on the phone, status updates online, and the reimbursements for diagnostics and replacement were prompt with no nagging from me.
