Totally worth investing in the Protection Plan. I've had to use it twice with my washer/dryer combo, and each time a professional was assigned to remedy my issue. Allstate coordinated all of it, kept me in the loop via text (at my request), the repairman showed up exactly on time, and was done in 30 minutes. Allstate overnighted all parts in advance, so they were ready for the repairman. All in all a flawless process, and I'm SO thankful that.
Allstate came through for us above and beyond
I called my Local Whirlpool Service company and had them come over and fix it and paid for it out of my pocket because it was a refrigerator and then called Allstate on the following Monday and all they asked me to do was submit the bill and I think I had to check in full in like three days! Now that's a warranty!
The repair man was very good. I just don’t like that I have to wait for 5 days to get the repair service.
