Went through the process of checking certain components that could be adjusted or repaired. After no positive response form the fridge, I completed the process and waiting for a check
It was easy to file a claim on line and get a prompt response, but when I needed to speak to someone, the whole contact experience was done on chat. The agents through chat were very helpful and helped me get my phone fixed by letting me find my own repair store and then reimburse me and then they approved the repair and sent a check quickly.
The Allstate repair person was able to properly diagnose the strange problem and get the parts ordered to correct it!
My laptop malfunctioned . Their techs tried to fix it but it was unsalvageable. I received my full purchase price on the and used that money toward another laptop. Totally worth the insurance cost.
