It states it will replace an item under warranty, but not actually true. They will decide to replace or send you an amount less than you paid for the product. It would be imbedded in the fine print. They could easily find a replacement, but will choose what is best for them. Easy to file claim, so that is a plus.

I spoke to someone on the phone, he said get screen fixed then file a claim. Got screen fixed it was more than I paid for the phone, so when I go to file claim I see it says don't pay that if it's more. Would have been nice to be given the heads up on that when I spoke to someone. Then I talk to another person and they say I will only get reimbursed up to amount of phone, fine I understand. My refrigerator broke down and I called SquareTrade.... had to speak with a couple different people as I was unable to understand the SQTD representatives. Finally got the refrigerator fixed and send in my invoice for reimbursement. Waited a couple of weeks and nothing. I have USPS Informed Delivery and the check had never made it to the Post Office! Allstate refered me to Samsung and Samsung droped the ball. It is now 11 days and i have not had a repair person mate the service call to repair my 2 year old 70" TV.
