I am not satisfied at all. It's been almost 2 months to determine my TV TCL damaged should be exchanged, instead I am supposed to be reimbursed, and still the check is on the way

Easy to buy the service contract, difficult to get the services or to pay for the problem. They ask me to test the TV but the problem still there.

Opened Claim--told I would get a new replacement TV Picked out replacement--heard nothing Called today 1 week later--told TV I chose unavailable--no new choices given to me Transferred to Supervisor--told working to get me new TV--no real hard date given Delays due to the vendors they used TV readily available at Costco & on sale til 6/14/20 Need this to be handled promptly Steven Noskow

My phone fell and the screen broke. Called SquareTrade and they said it’s not covered. Really they deserve a 1 star but they were nice enough to give me a refund. You lost me and my family. Never again square-trade.

Had a laptop repaired through SquareTrade. Repair quality was poor and had to be sent back for proper repairs. Very frustrating. First time we've had a problem with this company.

I cannot give a fair review, because I have not received my watch back yet. FedEx still has not delivered it and keeps pushing the delivery back.

Very prompt receipt of reimbursement for iPhone when I dropped and cracked mine and it couldn’t be repaired.
