During the end of March we were told we would receive a check within 6 days. It is now April 20th and still no check! No number to call to check into this situation.

Except for the last lady that helped me, no one. I got stuck "having to" go thru frigidaire because of their "factory trained" techs. Ended up with a guy that didn't speak good english and a company that shouldn't be in business. Their answer to everything was ordering more parts........whether they had diagnosed what was wrong or not. They just get you going on a cycle of parts on order and a 2 week wait. I don't get the point of adding insurance if certain claims won't be accepted .waste of time.

Technicians have been here twice now only to have the wrong parts sent to my house. Very frustrating wasting an entire morning or afternoon just to have them leave and reschedule me.

It takes to long to get it done especially when that chair belongs to a handicapped person and the only chair she is able to get in and out of something that could have been resolved in a day or two not two months or longer could have mailed us the part the first time just like you ended up doing and I had to fix it myself instead of waiting till December to get an appointment

I called about my replacement phone on 3/26/2026. I was promised my phone to be delivered within 3-days. I received it on 4/7/2026. After multiple calls . I was lied too about the delivery to wait another 3 days. I was told to call Consumer Cellular and talk to them. Their famous line was "we will escalate" this issue to resolve it. What a farce. ! I was passed from one person to the next. They would leave me on hold forever "trying to get a supervisor". Needless to say it was a waste of my time and money. I have been paying... read more
